Research On The Design Of Rural Residential Forms In Southern Jiangsu Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the reform and opening-up half a century,China has entered the stage of rapid and steady development of urbanization and has achieved abundant results.At the same time,the imbalance between urban and country development intensified,and the Urban-rural contradiction intensified and reconciled.The social structure and family structure of the village have been greatly impacted in this process,which has profoundly affected the evolution of the rural residential form.In this process,the villages in southern Jiangsu have also experienced deep transformation in economy,society,culture and value.The development of rural housing forms is facing new challenges and opportunities.In 2018,the State Council announced the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Strategy for Rural Revitalization",the rural area has ushered in a new phase of transformation and upgrading,which has had a profound impact on the rural spatial structure and residential form.At present,my country is in a critical period of vigorously developing rural construction and urban-rural integration.Studying the evolution of rural housing patterns is of vital theoretical and practical significance for promoting the synergistic and healthy development of China’s urban and rural areas and promoting rural reform and construction.As a pioneering area for the construction of a new country in the country,the southern Jiangsu region is in the forefront of the country’s economic and industrial development.The countryside is affected by traditional agriculture and township enterprises,and its construction is in the forefront of the country.The rural population in southern Jiangsu is large,and the rural areas are large and relatively scattered.They are mainly self-built,and there are problems of low living quality and lost architectural concepts.In recent years,there have been many government-led reconstruction of new residential forms,focusing on improving the residential quality of residents,and revitalizing the development of the countryside by constructing the most basic residential space.In view of this,this thesis summarizes relevant research and practice at home and abroad under the background of the new era,sorts out the status quo and problems of traditional and new residential forms in rural areas of southern Jiangsu,and summarizes the trend of transformation.And learn from the excellent theories and practical cases related to rural residential morphology at home and abroad,especially the excellent practical results of many years of beautiful rural construction in Zhejiang,and find strategies and methods suitable for the design of rural residential morphology in southern Jiangsu under the context of the new age.Finally,taking Shanzuitou village in Yangshan town of Wuxi city as a starting point,combining with relevant policy planning and actual investigation,the paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the residential form of Shanzuitou village,and applies the above-mentioned strategies and methods to the concrete design practice.This study is expected to provide reference for the construction of new rural areas in southern Jiangsu and other areas of rural residential space construction with analogous characteristics.
