With China’s entry into WTO,China’s agricultural machinery industry is developing rapidly.By 2018,the sales volume of agricultural machinery and spare parts reached a new high,which was several percentage points higher than that of other industries in the machinery manufacturing industry.With the help of foreign capital and domestic investment,the overall scale of agricultural machinery industry has expanded rapidly,and the rapid pull of investment on production has been shown.At the same time,under the support of national subsidy policy,the whole industry enters the stage of rapid development.In parallel,China as a global supply chain is the most perfect cluster,continuing export quality and cheap products to the world,"MADE IN CHINA" has become well known with the international sourcing,many international companies set up international sourcing office in China one by one,the promotion of globalization strategy,actively expand business scale effectively and greatly reduce the purchasing cost.However,due to the lack of international sourcing management experience,most of the local enterprises in China are restricted to implement the internationalization strategy.Therefore,the optimization of the existing international procurement system is in urgent need of improvement.To this,this article takes A Agricultural Machinery company as an example,on how to optimize the international agricultural machinery parts and components procurement management this key question carries on the discussion and research,international sourcing supplier performance management is proposed and based on this platform,implement the strategy of global parts management,and promote the new project global inquiry platform construction and the improvement measures of the fourth party logistics integration process,etc,and promote the domestic agricultural machinery parts and components enterprises understand the value and importance of international sourcing.
