Research On Conservation And Development Of Traditional Residential Historic District

Among the various types of urban heritage,the traditional residential historic district is closely related to daily life.Because it is in the dynamic change for a long time,it shows strong complexity and contradiction:the cognition and development trend of the conservation value of all sectors of society is not clear and consistent;the building property right and the social structure are complex;the conservation grade is uneven,and most of them are low-protection buildings.Therefore,it presents the contradiction between high value and low conservation level,the contradiction between modern living demand and low living level,and the conservation and development falls into a "dilemma ".In order to explore the "source of difficulties ",this paper tries to construct a method of conservation and development according to the national practices based on the theory and research framework of social capital.The paper is divided into three parts: theoretical research,method research and empirical research.In the theoretical research part,systematically sort out domestic and foreign urban conservation and development systems and relatively successful experiences,pay attention to the process of practice,specific methods and measures,participants and their roles,and summarize the social capital in the conservation and development experience of traditional residential historic district.The method research part includes research on basic conditions,clustering of building conservation and utilization status,social capital measurement and analysis framework,focusing on how to use social network analysis methods to measure social capital,and from "social capital level,social capital type,Social capital structure " three-dimensional analysis of the measurement results,and put forward an interpretation of the conservation and utilization mechanism of social capital analysis results from three aspects: institutional system,participants and ability and interaction mechanism.Through categorizing the complex relationships of traditional residential historic district to clarify the causes of their contradictions.In the empirical part,it combs the development and evolution of Nanjing’s traditional residential space,clarifies its development characteristics,value characteristics and preserve status,and selects a typical traditional residential area that has not been demolished and renovated from a large scale-the historical style area of Diaoyutai in Nanjing as a research case.Apply the social capital analysis method,study its conservation and utilization status and clustering,analyze the influencing factors,conduct social capital analysis for various conservation and utilization conditions,interpret the conservation and utilization mechanism,and clarify the source of difficulties for the conservation and development of Diaoyutai historic features ".Finally,summing up the excellent experience at home and abroad,on the basis of my country’s protection planning system,from the three aspects of planning mechanism,conservation and utilization management mechanism and community development mechanism,put forward the conservation and development mechanism optimization strategy of the traditional residential historic district.At the end of the paper,aiming at the historic scenery area of Diaoyutai,it combines mechanism optimization,social capital and space improvement,and puts forward plans for subsequent conservation and development of " dilemma".
