| It has been more than10years since Historic District comprehensive evaluationwas introduced into our country at the end of the20th Century. But from the point ofthe current situation, historical district comprehensive evaluation system has still notbeen widely used in our country. At the same time，for the various historichistorical value, architectural form, preserves the status quo, there has been nouniversal standard and evaluation system nationwide such as the historical andcultural city village protection. According to the comprehensive evaluation cases ofhistoric districts in our country, previously, the evaluation mostly focused onarchitectural history, culture, art and value assessment, meanwhile, far away fromnow live the life, made the historic district as a static and the surrounding relationobject. Being closely related to the era and the contemporary people’s live, Historicdistrict is different from the historic buildings. It is the results of superposition withpeople under age life material space and life trajectory, which still occur in themodern life. The modern historical block dwellers are leaving the signs of the times inits own way in the area. Compared with interruptting the process of historic protectionand freezing the block as an exhibition, controlling the process is the right way.Therefore, in order to protect historic district better, the protection of historical streetblocks and the comprehensive evaluation must take the present occupants interestsand needs into account, reconcile the contradiction between protection and use, guidethe occupants of the behavior.The social network is the sum of relatively stable social relations, aembodiment of the social relationship between people. Research on social networkprotection abroad started more or less earlier, which was usually assosiated with therenewal of the Old City Association.It is called community reconstruction, aimed aturban renewal process protection and continuation of the original social network,keeping close neighbor relationships, reconciling the social contradictions. China’s urban renewal has always focused on physical planning and economic recovery,while not on social research. In recent years, because of the frequent urban socialproblems, social network protection and continuation of the related research isbecoming more and more popular in architecture and construction planning industry.Based on the social network protection and continuation, the thesis sum up thehistorical block protection, comprehensive evaluation system of old city historicalblock, social network protection and continuation of the domestic and overseasresearch and case at the beginning. Then with these studies, build a historic districtcomprehensive evaluation system based on social network protection andcontinuation from the system and the evaluation aspects. Finally, do empiricalresearch on this system,combined with the case of Heyuan Taiping Street HistoricBlock protection. |
