Design Countermeasures Of Residential Planning Surround The Golf Course And Cases Analysis

In 2016,the golf sport became an official sport of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro,Brazil.In the western countries,the golf has become a popular sport,but in China,the golf started late and developed slowly.We need to pay more attention to the golf development to make golf popularization.This is conducive to improve the public sports culture and to stimulate the domestic economic.One basic condition of golf development is to provide more venues for use.Most golf courts are located in the outskirts of the city.Without the golf,these places have the wild landscape and the low land value.Golf courses can bring the beautiful landscape and environment to improve the land values,and promote the real estate,business,culture and related industries.This paper mainly studies the residential district surround the golf course.In the early time,the golf and surrounding settlements are joint development.In this process,the site selections are unreasonable,the comprehensive utilization ratio is low,and the country also has a strict control policy.This paper makes a scientific and objective analysis and draws a conclusion,the correct planning and healthy development of golf residential district must be combined with the national conditions of China,to solve the problems of land using,energy saving and environmental protection,and to propose the advice for the living environment and urban environmental development.Provide the feasible ideas and methods for the government to policy on golf settlements.In this paper,the first chapter gives the concept of golf and related residential district and analysis their characteristics,types,development profiles,and sorted out the status of research in this field.In the second chapter,according to the characteristics and existing problems of the golf settlements in our country,the author puts forward the demand for this kind of design of the golf surroundings.The third chapter analyzes the planning concept,villa design idea and environmental landscape design points at golf residential area through the related domestic cases such as Shenzhen Mission Hills Golf Residential Area.The fourth chapter,combined with the theory,summarizes the methods from the land use planning,the layout pattern to the monomer design,and provides the guidance for the related practical activities in the future.The fifth chapter is based on a real project,the golf villa in Guizhou Province,to layout the design method of space,scale and shape.
