Research On Landscape Design Of Chongqing Pension Community Under The Influence Of Climate Factors

With the rapid expansion of Chongqing’s urbanization and the increasing aging of the population,there is an increasingly urgent need for aging and climate adaptation of landscape spaces.However,the exploration of the design of landscape space in domestic senior living communities is still at a preliminary stage,and the use of climate factors in the design has not formed a systematic theoretical system and guidance strategy.Therefore,from the perspective of the physiological activity needs and living rules of the elderly groups in Chongqing Gele Village,this paper conducts research and analysis on the activity status of climate factors and the activity rules of the elderly groups in the area so as to guide the design practice and finally realize the reasonable use and avoidance of climate factors,including temperature,solar radiation,humidity,and wind,in the design of the landscape space of the elderly community,and create a landscape space that meets the user needs and living rules of the elderly groups.The paper first elaborates the current situation and current problems of developing senior living communities and their landscape spaces by combining the climatic characteristics of Chongqing to further introduce the concept of "climate factor" based on the current problems.The aim is to solve the objective problem of ignoring the law of climate change and the climate sensitivity of the aging group in landscape design by designing and using climate factors.Secondly,the author investigates and analyzes the current situation of climate factors in Chongqing and combines the characteristics of the needs of the users to analyze the concept and design integration of "climate factors" and "landscape space",so as to explore and prove the interaction relationship between the research objects and provide theoretical guidance and principle support for the establishment of aging-friendly landscape design strategies using climate factors.Finally,the methodology is interpreted and tested through the practical case of the landscape space design of Chongqing Gele Village senior living community to verify the scientificity,rationality,and normality of the theoretical results.The systematic use of climate factors in landscape design in combination with the demand characteristics of the aging group can create a landscape space that meets the usage rules of the aging group,which is conducive to promoting the physical and mental health of the aging group and improving the space utilization value,and also provides reference and meaning for the design of climate adaptability and aging-friendly landscape design in the future.The aging trend will become the norm and trend of population development in many cities in China in the future,and along with the environmental pollution and climate deterioration brought by urban expansion,the age-appropriate climate-adaptive landscape design will gradually receive more attention from scholars and design practitioners.Along with the deepening of the research,the landscape space of the senior citizen community will pay more attention to humanistic care,and the development mode will gradually tend to be diversified,personalized,and intelligent,thus ushering in a new round of construction fever.
