According to the lifecycle ofscrapped automobile parts, it presents the remanufacturing value assessment system.Moreover, it also combined with the projects of preliminary study and progress inautomobile manufacturers to develop and set up an evaluation system model throughthe feasibility of technical, economic and environmental.First of all, analyzing the assembly relations of every sub-parts through materialscience, industrial design, assembly engineering, surface treatment engineering and testengineering. Then, confirming recovery technics and cleaning plan, making newpurchased list. Finally, making the BOM table contains reassembly processes andanalyzing the recyclable of the whole process. Based on the feasibility report, engineersanalyze the value of recycling, remanufacturing and the entire production economicbenefits, which can determine whether the parts need to be remanufactured.Secondly, the technical model, which is the analysis of the basic characteristics andtechnological properties for a class of products, determines the weight of each target bythe analytic hierarchy process. Economic model analyzes the economic feasibilitythrough comparing the cost and benefit, which based on remanufacturing cost benefitanalysis.Finally, taking the air conditioning compressor as an example, list the calculationand analysis of remanufacturing, which based on massive collected data and the analyzeevaluation system to estimate whether the parts is suitable for remanufacturing.
