A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Safety Culture For Construction Enterprise Based On SEM

In recent years the scale and industry quality of construction industry are improving.However, the construction industry is one of the accident-prone industries. These accidentscause not only huge losses to the social and economic development, but also serious negativesocial impact. How to objectively and effectively evaluate safety culture of constructionenterprises to avoid accidents from the root with the scientific method becomes the focus ofresearch.This paper divides the construction enterprise safety culture into three structural levels ofsafety material culture, system system culture and safety concept safety. The thesis adopts theevaluation factors decomposition naturalized as a safety culture questionnaire in the form ofqualitative analysis and makes quantitative analysis of the factors to construct the constructionenterprise safety culture evaluation index system influencing factors of construction enterprisesafety culture including the decision participation, management participation, employeeparticipation, government participation, safety training system, communication system andsecurity construction environment.SEM (structural equation modeling) is applied to the evaluation of enterprise safety culture.The structural equation modeling of construction enterprise safety culture is establishedcombined with the characteristics of construction enterprises. SPSS20.0, AMOS20.0are usedon the research problem for quantitative analysis to make the construction enterprise safetyculture evaluation more specific, and find the root of construction enterprise safety culturethrough the quantitative analysis of indexes.The analysis results of the model shows that employee participation has a direct effect onthe safety performance, other factors are the indirect effects, fully embodies the importance of"people-oriented". Safety training for decision-making participation and managementparticipation also has high direct effect, reflect the importance of safety training systemconstruction of safety culture of construction enterprise. Finally, through the study of modelevaluation, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improvethe safety culture of construction enterprises from aspects of decision participation,management participation, employee participation, government participation, safety trainingsystem and safety construction environment.
