Assessment Study Of The Cultural Resource Value Of The Urban Historic Districts

With urbanization in recent years the promotion and protection of the historic district is also updating to a new climax. However,updating and maintenance of large scale will inevitably lead to the situation of emulation and the drawbacks of random demolition---valuable neighborhoods can not be protected, and distinctive neighborhoods did not get a better show. As for the cultural resources of the reservation,the removal or retention, focusing on the protection or the update re-use, undone or reinstatement, these views are also controversial. Through these years of attempting to update and construct, we realized the historic district cannot be replicated, even if some of the cultural resources may be rebuild by other ways, the essence of cultural resources cannot be replicated, and therefore more voices tend to protectthe historic district and cultural resource, and what is needed more is the detailed studyof the value of the historic district and cultural resources, so as to better explore and exploit the value of cultural resources, to better protect the historic district and cultural resources.In the assessment of past research, the main direction of the historic district study is to build a comprehensive value assessment system, in accordance with which we designated the grade, and then assessthe comprehensive value of historic districtin some case, judging the level of neighborhood values to determine whether the district had a high value and to determine protection. These studies did not provide a more detailed basis for the protection update blocks, and failed to better protect and use the value of neighborhood cultural resources. Another research is to study historic district and cultural resources as a tourism resource valuation, we believe that it is just one way to update the tourism exploitation, rather than a single mode, so the process of assessing the tourism resources to be assessed which will ignore the value of certain resources, it also will result in assessment of resource value is not comprehensive enough. And if from the perspective of the value composition to assess the value of cultural resources, it would be more complete and comprehensive.Therefore, this paper analyzes the value constitution of the historic district and cultural resources of,and then combined with analysis and correlation analysis hierarchy process to build6first level indicators and25second indicators.Sort by index weight, we get a variety of value types which have a major impact on the value of the historic district and cultural resources factor.Objectively assess the status quo of historic district and cultural resources, we can give the corresponding score in accordance with the evaluation criteria of each index evaluation system, and may take appropriate measures against the relatively low score to further tap the value of the historic district and cultural resources, and thus enhance the industrial neighborhood value, so that cultural resources in street area can get better protection and utilization.
