In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s economy,people have begun to pursue a higher level of quality of life.Automobiles have gradually entered every family and become one of the necessities.In order to meet the needs of consumers,automobile manufacturers have continuously improved their product competitiveness.Due to the particularity of the automobile industry,most of the raw materials and parts in the automobile manufacturing process adopt external procurement methods,which leads to a high degree of dependence on suppliers by automobile manufacturers,and the quality of suppliers will be directly affected.The market competitiveness of automobile manufacturing enterprises affects,and even affects the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,scientific and reasonable evaluation and selection of suppliers,establishing strategic partnerships with them,and forming strategic synergistic competitive advantages are of vital importance to the automobile manufacturing industry.This paper combs through the domestic and foreign supplier evaluation and selection related literature,and based on the ideological guidance of related theories,the automobile manufacturing industry is approximated as an ecosystem.Each supplier is a different ecological unit in the ecosystem,and follows the comprehensiveness and stability of the system.The principles of comparability,flexibility and scalability,conciseness and scientificity,feasibility and applicability,quantitative and qualitative combination,combined with the characteristics of the automobile manufacturing industry,build an initial evaluation index system suitable for automobile manufacturing suppliers.Use group decision-making characteristic root method,questionnaire survey method and expert interview method to identify and screen the key indicators in the initial evaluation index system,eliminate unreasonable indexes,and determine the final evaluation index system of automobile manufacturing suppliers,which includes ecological There are three criterion levels of survivability,development ability,and competitiveness,which are further refined into 10 first-level indicators and 33 second-level indicators,and each evaluation indicator is quantified and explained.Use the entropy method to determine the weight of the evaluation index,evaluate the niche of automotive manufacturing suppliers,and build VIKOR supplier selection based on the measurement results of niche development indicators including niche width,suitability and overlap Decision model.Taking W automobile manufacturing enterprise as the research object,conduct empirical analysis to verify the feasibility of the supplier evaluation index system and selection model.The results show that it is suitable for supplier evaluation and selection in the automobile manufacturing industry,and the decision result is scientific and reasonable.And has a certain degree of stability.Finally,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,which have certain reference value for the evaluation and selection of suppliers of automobile manufacturers. |
