| With the accelerating of the urbanization,city development in China proceeds from increment age to stock age.Organic renewal becomes the theme of urban construction instead of wholly or instant demolition and construction.As an important part of urban organic renewal,transformation of old community is a vital livelihood and development program,which can not only improve the living environment and make the residents more comfortable,but also elevate the urban governance services and make the city more liveable.In the background that transformation on old communities is carrying out vigorously all over the country,a large number of researches are concentrated on the transformation content,policy,practice etc,but lack the research on the effect.Government should provide public service as well as concentrate and collect true feedback from the masses.Thus,it is necessary to conduct research concerning the effects of transformation and learn the true assessment of the residents on it.This paper views from the residents of old community,by introducing the theory of Degree of Resident Satisfaction,and using it as a major index of evaluating the transformation effect.Firstly,the evaluation index system of degree of satisfaction of residents from transformation community is constructed after much reading of related literature home and abroad and policy on community transformation in China,and consolidated professional opinion.Secondly,the priority and weight of each index factor is determined by the AHP.Thirdly,the empirical analysis is carried out based on the specimen from old community in Huangyan District in Taizhou.6 transformed old communities are chosen as samples,in which the first-hand data is collected by investigating the residents.After the reliability test of the questionnaire,a comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction degree is conducted based on the method of fuzzy integrated evaluation.The result shows that the degree of satisfaction of the residents in transformed old community reaches the level of relative satisfactory.Finally,suggestions are made based on the feedback of the residents and problems collected during the investigation. |
