Green residential district is an important part of the green building system,and also the combination of the sustainable development idea and residential design.It is not only emphasizes the building energy efficiency,but also stresses to start from the perception of the residents,and focus on the needs of the people,to provide residents with a rich connotation of green life.In recent years,various types of evaluation standard for green building,focusing on building performance,using quantitative method to evaluate strictly ignoring the user's attention,and lack of subjective evaluation based on the users' perception.Therefore,to launch post occupancy evaluation from the perspective of human nature and based on the residents' perception of green residential district is necessary,The feedback information will help professionals master the use conditions,shortcomings and residents' satisfaction of green residential district which have been.Thus,to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of livable residential district.Starting from the angle of the residents' perception,according the steps of theoretical research--basic research--case study of the,to construct the system of post occupancy evaluation.Collect related data in Sociology methods and analyze them in mathematical statistics method,to evaluate the green residential district synthetically.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Summarizing monographs,journal articles and research papers,both here and abroad,including residents perception,post occupancy evaluation,residential district evaluation and green building evaluation,so that established the theoretical foundation for the research.2.Constructs a system of post occupancy evaluation about green residential district based on residents' perception.To make clear the key points of evaluation subject and object,evaluation process;choose applicable methods of data collection and analysis.Then,on the basis of theoretical research at home and abroad,construct the system of post occupancy evaluation indexes about green residential district based on residents' perception scientifically,which take Evaluation Standard for Green Building in Hunan as the blueprint.take indexes related residential district evaluation for reference,and on the basis of residents perception.The evaluation quotas system includes 4 first level indexes:safety,health-care and comfort,convenience,sustainability,and 42 second level indexes.Assign the weight of the first level indexes by users,and use factor analysis method to assign the second level indexes.In addition,set up green technology satisfaction index items,to appraise the residents satisfaction about the unique green technology of the subject investigated.3.Select a case of green residential district in Changsha city—Poly Lugu Linyu,Conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews to the residents;and then analyzed the results of the survey and the interview.Arrival at a conclusion about post occupancy evaluation of green residential district,including qualitative and quantitative evaluation conclusions,and feedback on the completed project,to provide advice for the design of subsequent green residential project.4.The conclusions of the research are as follows:this paper summarizes the conclusion of green residential area evaluation from three aspects of residents'understanding,satisfaction and green technology feedback,the residents'understanding of green residential district remains at simple level of green and landscape,and low level in knowing its' connotation.The overall satisfaction of the residential district is better,and the evaluation of the three aspects of health-care and comfort,convenience and sustainability is consistent with the overall satisfaction,while the evaluation of safety is only commonly.From the view of the green technology's feedback,the residents' attention and satisfaction both in a low degree,and more inclined to passive energy-saving technology.Finally,Put forward optimization suggestions.from four recommendations:green propaganda,green residential design,green technology,operation and management.
