Studies On The Performance Of Concentrated Green Space Layout In Neighborhood Block In Yanta District Of Xi’an City

At present,China’s neighborhood block concentrated green space generally has a number of problems such as insufficient allocation of indicators,inefficient services,and failure to meet the needs of residents.The reasons for these problems are twofold:on the one hand,it is due to the unreasonable layout and configuration of the concentrated green space due to the unreasonable detailed design of the revised plan and the problems of the actual construction;on the other hand,it is due to the contradiction between the development intensity of urban residential land and the allocation of concentrated green space at the control plan level,which leads to the unreasonable scale configuration of concentrated green space.Therefore,in this study,155 neighborhood blocks in Yanta District of Xi’an are used as the research objects to analyze the performance of concentrated green space in neighborhood blocks through a top-down mathematical model and bottom-up field research,and to propose an optimization strategy for the layout of concentrated green space in neighborhood block.Firstly,through the survey,statistics and analysis of 155 neighborhood block samples in Yanta District,it is found that most of the concentrated green space in neighborhood block have many problems such as the status quo index does not meet the specification requirements,the functional facilities do not meet the residents’ usage needs,and the service efficiency is low.Secondly,we constructed a single-factor interval model of "concentrated green space-volume ratio" through mathematical modeling to analyze the performance of 155 concentrated green spaces in neighborhood block,and found that the current performance of most of the concentrated green space in neighborhood block is low,which is mainly due to the insufficient control of development intensity in the control plan.The main reason is the insufficient control of development intensity in the control plan.Then,we selected residential with 100%current performance of concentrated green space based on the mathematical model and met the daylighting requirements of concentrated green space for field research,and conducted a questionnaire survey of community residents to analyze the performance of concentrated green space in neighborhood block from the bottom up,and found that the overall service performance of concentrated green space in neighborhood block is low,and most of the concentrated green space in neighborhood block cannot guarantee the residents’ equal enjoyment of most of the concentrated green space in neighborhood block cannot guarantee the residents’ right to enjoy public benefits equally,and cannot meet the residents’ demand for the use ofconcentrated green space.The main reasons for this are the unreasonable functional layout,imperfect configuration of facilities and uncoordinated landscape appearance of the concentrated green space.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,the optimization strategy of the layout of concentrated green space in neighborhood block in Yanta District of Xi’an is proposed.In the control plan level,the concentrated green space should be matched with the plot ratio,sunlight of residential buildings,building density and average number of residential floors,etc.The relationship between the plot ratio and the minimum scale of concentrated green space in neighborhood block is emphasized,and the "scale of concentrated green space in neighborhood block-plot ratio" list is made to correspond to the control.The list of "Neighborhood Block Concentrated Green Space Scale-Volume Ratio" is made.At the level of revision,it focuses on the improvement strategy of the functional layout,facility configuration and landscape appearance of the concentrated green space.In terms of functional layout,the functional level of space is enriched to provide activity space catering to multiple types of residents;in terms of facility configuration,activity facilities are added,the level of public service facility supply is improved,and cultural and sports facilities are increased to meet the needs of multiple age groups;in terms of landscape appearance,the planting mix is adjusted to beautify the visual effect and improve the attractiveness of the concentrated green space.This study has theoretical significance for the protection of public interests of residents and practical significance for the optimization of planning and layout of concentrated green space in neighborhood block.
