Study On Evaluation And Layout Optimization Of Shenyang Characteristic Block

Shenyang is a historical and cultural city with a long history,which is known as the Manchu culture of "once birthplace,two generations of emperors" and a long and splendid industrial civilization.As the open space in the city,the characteristic block is the carrier of the city's cultural record and inheritance,the most dynamic and competitive region of the city,the main place to promote the city development and increase the economic benefit of the city.At present,Shenyang in the process of urban development,to highlight the characteristics of the city,avoid the side of the city,and the characteristics of the street is an important space to highlight the city's image,has become an important part of urban development.Firstly,this paper analyzes and researches the basic connotation and relevant research status of characteristic street,based on which,through analyzing the characteristic resources of Shenyang,it finds out the present situation investigation and analysis of 34 characteristic neighborhoods with potential Shenyang.Secondly,using analytic hierarchy process to select the characteristic blocks with potential,This paper analyzes the problem and reason of the characteristic block layout after the screening,and finally,according to the overall development demand of Shenyang,plans the layout of Shenyang's characteristic block.This paper is mainly divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the research background,significance,research content and research methods,combing the relevant research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is the basic connotation of the characteristic street,and distinguishes the related concept of confusing,analyzes the general characteristics,types and layout of the characteristic street.The third chapter is the analysis of the present situation of Shenyang with potential,mainly from the resource endowment,material space,functional industry,basic service facilities four Parties facing the situation of characteristic blocks,and found that there is a lack of overall planning,waste of resources,lack of culture,inadequate infrastructure and lack of follow-up management.The fourth chapter is the selection of Shenyang characteristic block,the article divides the characteristic block into the two kinds of culture and function,uses the analytic hierarchy process,establishes the comprehensive value evaluation model of the characteristic block,and finally uses the method of expert scoring,evaluates the characteristic block one by one,and then carries on the value grading to the characteristic block.Finally screened out 25 feature blocks,including 13 cultural blocks,12 functional blocks.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the layout of the characteristic block after screening,and it is found that the layout of Shenyang features has the problems of unbalanced spatial distribution,fuzzy hierarchical structure and disordered layout structure.The sixth chapter is the layout of the characteristic block,through the results of the previous analysis,according to the urban development of Shenyang,the layout of the characteristics of the district,and finally formed a "one-heart,four,multi-point" layout structure,and the composition of the area and the development of the location,as well as the transformation of the blocks put forward strategic recommendations At last,the paper summarizes the deficiency and the content to be further researched.
