The sustainable development of renewable energy,including wind,water and solar energy,is an important issue in the current era.But whether it is natural wind or solar energy,to convert these renewable energy sources,we must ensure a complete and excellent energy storage battery.After years of research and development,vanadium battery has become the first choice equipment in energy storage.With the rapid development of the global energy storage industry,vanadium battery energy storage capacity will account for a larger proportion,and the demand for vanadium electrolyte will increase sharply.Therefore,how to carry out risk control and ensure the smooth implementation of vanadium battery project in the process of implementation Vanadium industry has to pay attention to the problem.This paper takes X enterprise as the research object.First,the core concepts involved in the research are defined.Based on the overview of risk management theory,the basic links of risk control of vanadium battery project are introduced in detail.Secondly,analyze the project risk factors.Taking the vanadium battery project of X enterprise as the research object,the risk of vanadium battery project in the whole implementation process is investigated by questionnaire,and the reasons for the risk of vanadium battery project in X enterprise are explored and analyzed.Thirdly,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCI)are used to evaluate the project risks and classify the risk levels.Finally,according to the research of risk control of vanadium battery project,a series of risk control and management measures are put forward,hope to reduce risks and losses,for the smooth implementation of the whole project,to provide a good guarantee.Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a systemic analysis of the project risk weighting,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,get vanadium battery condition,the total risk: vanadium battery project for low risk and general risk and high risk the possibility of 16.1% and 27.9% and 55.9%,respectively,on the whole,vanadium battery for high-risk project risk level.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding control and response measures for the economic,technological,policy and management risks of the vanadium battery project are proposed: establishing an organization to communicate with government departments,increasing technological innovation and research and development,paying attention to financial management and personnel training,etc.,in the hope of providing reference for the risk control of the vanadium battery project of X Company.
