| As a public resource,power has greatly promoted the development of human economy and society since its discovery.Stable and continuous power supply is the basis for ensuring people’s lives and national economic development.It can be said that the power industry determines the national economic lifeline.The quality of urban power supply services directly determines the level of urban development and is a key factor reflecting the city’s core competitiveness.People’s satisfaction with power supply services is one of the important standards for testing the above work.As one of the earliest cities using electricity in China,Tianjin is not only one of the four municipalities directly under the Central Government of China,but also a vital part of the coordinated and integrated development of "Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei".Its development is inseparable from electricity.Although the level of power supply services in Tianjin has made considerable progress,with the development of society,the public’s requirements for power supply services have also changed greatly.At present,there are still many deficiencies in power supply services in Tianjin,and they need to be improved urgently.In this paper,through reading a large number of relevant documents,based on the current status of Tianjin’s power supply service,establish a power supply service satisfaction index evaluation system,collect data through a satisfaction questionnaire,use statistical analysis to analyze data scientifically and objectively,and obtain public satisfaction with Tianjin’s power supply service Evaluation,combined with the results of interviews and surveys,using public service and new public service theory and public crisis management theory,in-depth analysis of the causes of problems in Tianjin’s power supply service,and put forward improvement measures.Through the questionnaire and interview results,it can be concluded that the public is basically satisfied with the evaluation of Tianjin’s power supply service,but the problem still exists,mainly reflected in the neglect of the maximization of the public interest in the allocation of power resources,the lack of government supervision,and the construction of service personnel to be strengthened As well as the four aspects of the power supply crisis management mechanism are not perfect,this paper concludes that by achieving the maximum public interest in power resource allocation,deepening government supervision,strengthening the construction of service personnel and improving the power supply public crisis management,power supply service satisfaction can be effectively improved. |
