Study On Service Status And Improvement Countermeasures Of Yingkou Power Supply

Electricity is the basis of protecting people's lives and industrial production,and related to the economic lifeline of the country.Yingkou power supply company as a state-owned enterprise,the power service as a public service,its social responsibility performance and public service quality gradually attracted the attention of the masses,the quality of power supply service quality determines the survival of the power supply company.As an important city in Liaoning Province,the quality of power supply service in Yingkou is also related to the power quality of the people in Yingkou area.Therefore,it is of ten important significance to recognize the current situation of power supply service in Yingkou,find out the problems existing in the power supply service in Yingkou,and to study the Countermeasures for the improvement of the power supply service.This paper investigates the quality of power supply service in Yingkou area through questionnaire survey and interview.It mainly includes the universal service of power supply,the quality of power supply and public service,the performance of social responsibility of power supply company,the management of power supply public crisis,and the improvement of power supply public service,and the power supply service in Yingkou area.The quality basically reached the level of the people's satisfaction.But there are also many problems,including inadequate performance of social responsibility,inadequate supervision of power supply enterprises by local government,poor management of public crisis,and the urgent need to improve the quality of power supply and public service.In order to improve these problems and improve the quality of power supply service in Yingkou,we must strengthen the supervision of social responsibility,increase the social responsibility to fulfill the investment,and play a positive role in the leadership,supervision and coordination of the grass-roots government.To strengthen the management of power supply public crisis,including the emergency management of power in natural disasters and the improvement of public opinion crisis management system,the quality of the power supply service can be improved by improving the universality of the power supply society,guaranteeing the quality of the people's electricity,improving the quality of the power supply personnel and increasing the government's scientific and technological input.Through the discussion on the public service of Yingkou power supply company,it not only has important significance for state-owned enterprises to improve the quality of public service,and better fulfill social responsibility,but also has an important impact on the improvement of economic and social benefits of power enterprises.Improvement of service quality of power supply is proposed in this paper has strong practicality,from a macro point of view,the electric power enterprise has played a leading role in various industries,the power of corporate social responsibility to fulfill the good direct drive other enterprises can better fulfill their social responsibilities,to play better in the national construction,economic development,social development and people live and work in peace in effect,contribute to the construction of harmonious society.
