| In the context of deepening the reform of the electric power system,the original profit model of power grid enterprises has been changed,and the situation of market opening,multiple competition and strict supervision by the government has been formed.In the environmental change,it is worth studying and discussing for power grid enterprises how to scientifically evaluate the business performance,accurately grasp the development direction,and serve the new era socialism development better.In recent years,the State Grid KG Electric Power Company is facing a series of changes,such as the formation of external market competition pattern and the deepening adjustment of internal strategic objectives.The original performance evaluation model can not effectively support the implementation of the company’s strategic objectives,and needs to be improved.As a management system,the balanced scorecard can connect performance evaluation with enterprise strategic development,transform tasks and decisions into objectives and indicators,which can help the KG Electric Power Company improve performance management.Taking the State Grid KG Electric Power Company as an example,combined with the internal and external environment changes,and analyzed the existing performance evaluation mode,this paper points out that its performance management has the evaluation indicators are not combined with the strategic objectives,the evaluation results can not reflect the real business situation in detail,and the evaluation method is not objective enough.By decomposing its strategic objectives,drawing strategic maps,analyzing the key factors of success,extracting the key indicators,and taking the questionnaire survey and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,it has evaluated the indicators and constructed a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system.Finally,the evaluation system is applied to 10 power supply units under the KG Electric Power Company.It has improved the deficiencies of performance management in the KG Electric Power Company. |
