With the acceleration of urbanization, urban land resources become more and more valuable.Although the extensive promotion of urban renewal project alleviates the problem of urban land shortage to some extent,it also leads to the population explosion in some parts of the city, forming a high-volume and high-density urban environment. In this context, campus architecture,as an important part of urban infrastructure construction, also faces great challenges. It not only needs to cope with the pressure of degree demand caused by the increase of population, but also needs to respond to the new demands for the campus space environment caused by the change of education concept and the innovation of teaching mode in the new era.Based on the background, and combined with my graduation project topic. This paper will take the design influencing factors of school buildings as the research object, from the two directions of education model innovation, urban renewal environment as the entry point,to explore the influencing factors of primary and secondary school buildings design. The paper is divided into 5 chapters.Firstly, the research background, research purpose and significance, research object and the domestic and foreign research status are expounded. The second chapter, through the reading and thinking of relevant literature, summarizes the factors that influence the design of the current primary and secondary school buildings, and puts forward relevant questions. The third chapter, based on the field investigation of two cases of shenzhen primary and secondary schools, analyzes and discusses the design strategies such as the shaping of the campus space environment, the construction of innovative learning units and the facade modeling, and summarizes relevant experience. The fourth chapter explains and analyzes the application of relevant design strategies and techniques in design practice.Chapter five is the summary, reflection and prospect. |
