With the acceleration of urbanization,more and more population are crowding into cities,which brings great pressure to land resources.In particular,urban primary school land resources,due to the increasing enrollment scale of school-age students,bring great challenges to the use of primary school land and teaching space.In order to improve the carrying capacity of primary school land and teaching space,many primary schools began to study the replacement of classroom space,school renovation and expansion,super scale school and other space expansion methods,which brought a series of problems such as the reduction of school environment quality,the increase of safety risks,the decline of teaching quality.Qingdao West Coast New Area is the ninth state-level new area.In recent years,with the rapid growth of population,the pressure of primary school enrollment increases sharply.Through investigation and investigation,the author finds that most primary schools within the area have the situation of running schools with more than the number of classes,teaching quality,school safety and other problems.At the same time,due to the design reasons,the school space utilization rate is low,the degree of functional recombination is not high,the traffic space waste and other conditions further aggravate the new district primary school resources shortage,therefore,the intensive design of primary school is imminent.This paper takes primary schools in Qingdao West Coast New Area as the research object,and uses literature research method,field investigation method and comparative analysis method to conduct in-depth research on intensive design techniques and related cases of primary schools at home and abroad.Firstly,through in-depth study of the intensive design theory of primary schools at home and abroad and relevant case analysis,the intensive design strategy of primary schools is extracted from the four aspects of educational resource sharing,function compound,traffic compound and space compound.Secondly,it makes a comparative analysis of the intensive design status of primary schools in the West Coast New Area and the above four levels,summarizes the existing problems in the intensive design of primary schools in the West Coast New Area,and analyzes the influencing factors restricting the intensive design of primary schools in the West Coast New Area from the three levels of norms,school management and design.Finally,this paper applies the strategy of improving the intensive design of primary schools to the design practice of YJH Primary School in Qingdao West Coast New Area to further verify the feasibility of this strategy.
