| With the growth of China’s economic level,China’s urbanization process is gradually accelerating,followed by the improvement of the rural economic level,the living conditions of rural residents have gradually improved,and the requirements for the living environment have also increased.In addition,China is vigorously advancing the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao region.Against this background,the Zhuhai Municipal Government is currently committed to building a new special zone of ecological civilization,and the construction of rural areas in Zhuhai has also become an important part of its development.To sum up,this article takes Zhuhai area’s rural houses as the research object,and discusses the design strategies of assembled low-energy rural houses that are suitable for Zhuhai area and can allow rural residents to participate in the design.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,a survey of local rural villages in Zhuhai was conducted,and a thorough and detailed investigation was conducted on the evolutionary context,basic profile,current status of energy-saving design,energy consumption characteristics,layout forms,and household structure and lifestyle of the local rural houses,and selected Energy consumption simulation of a typical residential form to understand its energy consumption status.So as to determine the direction for the subsequent low energy consumption design,and provide a basis for the design of prefabricated rural houses.Secondly,based on the results of field investigations,research on low energy consumption design strategies for local rural houses.Based on the analysis of the climate characteristics of Zhuhai,the passive energy-saving strategy is systematically studied from three aspects: shading design,natural ventilation design,and building insulation and moisture-proof design.Active energy-saving strategies mainly focus on the use of solar energy.These low energy consumption strategies are systematically summarized,and application methods and reference forms of various design strategies are proposed,so that residents can choose corresponding low energy consumption measures based on the actual conditions of their respective houses.Third,based on the investigation and analysis of rural functional space requirements and family structure in Zhuhai,the research on assembly modularization of rural houses in Zhuhai was conducted.Based on various factors,the light steel structure was selected as the structural system of the prefabricated rural house,and a set of prefabricated module libraries including wall modules,standardized doors and windows,standardized modules for various functional spaces,and standardized additional modules such as balconies and sunshade members were established;Then based on the concept of low energy consumption,based on the module library,several standardized combined planes suitable for rural Zhuhai were proposed,and the analysis of the flexibility and variability of the assembled planes was made to allow residents to design a low energy consumption strategy based on their own needs.Own House.Finally,through the program design of low-energy prefabricated rural houses in Zhuhai,the results of the research on the low-energy and prefabricated design strategies of rural houses in this paper are simulated and displayed,and computer software is used to simulate and verify energy consumption Its energy saving effect. |
