| The global climate continues to deteriorate,the energy crisis has become one of the most serious problems to human society.Saving the total amount of building energy has become a key link for the global construction sector to implement the strategy of sustainable development.2014,China’s rural construction stock is huge,the country’s rural housing construction area is up to 27.8 billion m2,accounting for more than 65% of the total housing construction area.Compared with urban construction,rural construction has more complex types,especially since the reform and opening,with rapid economic growth in the southeast coastal areas,rural housing has become a high-degree collection of living,farming,production,commercial characteristics,energy consumption is particularly complicated,seriously restricts the sustainable development of coastal area.Building energy consumption in rural areas increased year by year,its energy-saving and emission reduction is bound to become the focus of China’s building energy efficiency.Xiamen is a typical and representative summer heat and warm climate area;The villages are located according to local conditions,rich in geographical distribution and diversity;As an area of rapid urbanization,its rural industrial attributes have both traditional and urbanization effects;The government agencies in Xiamen region pay more attention to energy conservation.Therefore,to select the rural housing of Xiamen as the research objects have a great significance to the energy conservation work of the region,and have a wide coverage,which are of great reference value to relevant researches.This paper mainly studies the building energy saving strategy of new rural residential buildings in Xiamen area,the main contents are as follows:(1)Classified research on building energy consumption.According to the Industry attribute rural households mainly engage at home,the newly built rural houses in Xiamen will be divided into six types: farming type,commercial workshop type,tourist type,rental type,mixed type and other kinds of urban residence,the survey statistics accounted for 39.7%、17.1%、2.3%、7.3%、10.3% and 23.4% respectively.Then collect information related to building energy-saving,such as population,energy usage,main way of power consumption,building area,building construction features and so on,analyze the energy characteristics of different types of rural houses.Collect monthly and annual electricity consumption data for various types of rural houses.Draw the average price of air conditioning energy consumption and the proportion of total electricity consumption of the different types of rural houses which use air-conditioning.Make sure in the category of energy-saving strategies,using the characteristics of energy consumption as the accordance for classification is feasible,research basis,sample selection is scientific.(2)Study on thermal environment and thermal adaptability.Using the Yellow Sea elevation as the main basis,considering the usage attribute of house 、 microclimate and the background conditions,select the measured samples.Design thermal environment questionnaire and sheet corresponding to building energy consumption,test the main factors of indoor thermal environment in rural households,combined with field questionnaire,study the thermal comfort of rural residents in Xiamen area,obtain regression equation of various factors to thermal sensation educe the heat neutral temperature and upper bound temperature of rural residents in this area,put forward heat protection design based on thermal adaptation,and appropriate energy saving measures are proposed respectively from thermal insulation structure design and passive cooling.(3)Energy saving strategy research.According to the above research contents and conclusions,based on the rural residential area with hot summer and warm winter climate conditions in Xiamen area and the actual characteristics in energy consumption,proposes the strategy of building energy saving in the rural residential area of the Xiamen regional characteristics,mainly study the energy saving design principles and design methods;The establishment of energy-saving residential standard model,methods using DeST-h software simulation and orthogonal test,analyse the influence of various factors on the retaining structure of the energy consumption of air conditioning,which determine the heat transfer coefficient on the air conditioning energy consumption;in the condition of variable ventilation,select the typical rural house in energy-saving design,set the upper limit temperature above the value for air conditioning open the ventilation temperature,the number of 15 times to simulate the energy consumption calculation model,comparing the actual average energy consumption of air conditioning and air conditioning energy consumption,energy saving rate of 30.3%,energysaving results verify the residential energy saving buildings model;reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning is the key to determine the rural residential energy conservation,put forward different types of new energy-saving strategies in Xiamen area rural residential.It is of great significance to improve the quality of rural life and create a favorable human settlement environment by paying attention to the design of rural residential energy efficiency.The results of this study provide field investigation data and scientific basis for the formulation of rural residential energy conservation management regulations and local standards in Xiamen,to provide scientific guidance and reference for rural residential energy-saving demonstration project,to lay a solid foundation for building energy-saving work in rural areas. |
