Research On Energy-saving Scheme Design Of Rural Houses In North China From The Perspective Of Rural Rejuvenation

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Rural housing is the basic guarantee for rural construction and its development,which affects thousands of households.The peasant problem is a hot issue that are highly concerned by governments in at all levels.The construction of rural housing is directly related to the living standards of peasants.Therefore,in order to develop rural energy-saving houses and promote the construction of rural energy-saving houses,it is very necessary to understand the current problems of rural houses and the heating energy consumption status of villagers.Through literature reading and field survey,the current situation of energy consumption,envelope structure and indoor thermal comfort of rural houses are clarified.The field survey is conducted in the Luanping county,Chengde.During the survey,the photos of existing rural houses are collected.The basic situation of rural houses in cold areas is recorded in detail through interviews and questionnaires to learn about rural houses.The existing problems of people’s production and living heating,indoor comfort and the envelope structure of rural housing are summarized and analyzed.Through the software Desingnbuilder,the energy consumption simulation analysis have been conducted based on the existing energy-saving design of rural residential houses.The simulation results show that the local existing houses have lower indoor temperatures in extreme winter weather,and the indoor energy consumption of rural houses is higher in winter.The rural areas of are prone to be extreme hot during the summer.At this time,the indoor temperature will be above 34℃ during the daytime and around 30℃ at night,the indoor environment is not healthy for living.In view of the current situation of rural housing in cold areas in China,this paper puts forward the concept of energy-saving housing.It is based on energy-saving design,an also under guidance of the core value of improving the indoor living comfort and energy consumption of the rural housing.By practical research,questionnaire survey,literature review,software simulation and other methods,this paper puts forward the energy-saving design scheme of rural housing in cold areas from the perspective of Rural Revitalization.It also provides new ideas for the research of the rural residential design,data reference for building energy-saving design,and methods for improvement of new settlements,which also has certain guidance for practical application.Figure 21;Table 17;Reference 65...
