Research On The Local Construction Design Of The Party Member Activity Center In Ma Lu Village

With the rapid progress of urbanization,China’s urbanization has made remarkable achievements,but while urbanization is developing rapidly,rural construction is also facing severe challenges.In order to inherit and carry forward the traditional indigenous culture that has gradually disappeared in the process of urbanization and modernization,a wave of "beautiful countryside" construction has set off up in China.Many architects have participated in it and striven to change the rural landscape of "thousand villages".Under the leadership of his mentor,the author participates in rural construction in Danfeng County,Shangluo City,Shaanxi Province.Set up projects to integrate local historical and cultural characteristics and local architectural characteristics into the construction of a new socialist countryside,and actively explore new ideas and methods for integrating them into contemporary design.This paper takes the Danfeng "Malu Village Party Party Activity Center" project in Shaanxi as the research object.On the basis of a full investigation of the natural elements,architectural style,humanistic elements and indigenous materials in Danfeng County,Shangluo City,Shaanxi Province,the program design and technology setting of the project are based on the natural factors and local construction characteristics of Danfeng County.Total.This article aims on inheriting the local construction characteristics of Danfeng and carrying forward the local cultural characteristics as the fundamental purpose,and in practice discusses how to carry out local architectural design in Danfeng.First of all,the relevant basic theories and contemporary local construction and development contexts are sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up design and research.Secondly,combining the excellent practical cases emerging in China,36 local construction architectural design cases are summarized,and their construction methods are extracted and summarized as follow-up buildings.Design provides methodology;finally,guided by the above-mentioned theoretical basis of local construction design and rural construction methodology,field exploration is carried out.The research is based on local construction characteristics such as natural geography elements,historical and cultural contexts,spatial layout distribution and local architectural characteristics.Starting from four aspects:design positioning,master plan layout,architectural monomer,and green technology design,the research is carried forward layer by layer,and in-depth research on the practical creation and creation of architectural design of "party party members’ activity center".So that the design of the "Manu Village Party Activity Center" can not only combine natural landscapes,integrate the texture of the village,reflect local characteristics,but also combine modern functions,integrate advanced technology,infusion ecological concepts,etc.carry out modern innovative design through the combination of multiple elements,thus realizing the inheritance and local culture of the local construction characteristics of Danfeng County.Development of characteristics.It is expected that the design ideas and methods provided in this paper can open up ideas for the design of Danfeng’s contemporary local architecture and provide a certain reference for the architectural design practice in the Danfeng area in the future.
