China has a vast territory,and a large number of traditional villages with regional cultural characteristics and different spatial forms have been formed in the historical accumulation of thousands of years.Through the continuous interaction of human activities and the natural environment,these traditional villages with profound cultural heritage have formed a close human-land relationship,with clever expressions in spatial form,and containing rich regional cultural connotations.Due to historical environmental changes,the living environment of a large number of traditional villages has been impacted and faced with the danger of decline or even disappearance.It is an urgent responsibility of the times to excavate and protect the regional characteristics and cultural connotations of traditional villages.This article takes Dangjia Village,a traditional Chinese village,as the research object,and systematically and comprehensively researches its spatial form from the perspective of cultural landscape.The research is divided into four parts.The first part puts forward the research ideas of this article and the cognition of the research object.Through the collection and sorting of a large number of documents,the research background and current research situation are sorted out,the connotation of cultural landscape is explained,and the feasibility of applying it to the research of Dangjia Village spatial form is discussed.Based on this,the research method of this article is determined.The second part is the basis of this article’s research on spatial form.First,based on the perspective of cultural landscape,the spatial form of Dangjia Village is deconstructed into two major components: a cultural system as a driving force and a material system as a carrier,and its "form and meaning relationship" is explained,and the spatial level of the research is clarified.Form an overall cognition;then,interpret the background of the development of Dangjia Village’s spatial form,and analyze the basic conditions of the development of Dangjia Village’s spatial form from aspects such as the general situation of the Dangjia Village,the characteristics of the regional environment,the modern development of the spatial form,and the protection process.The third part is based on the perspective of cultural landscape,with the "form and meaning relationship" as the starting point to study the spatial form of Dangjia Village.First,using "time" as a clue,extract the main cultural motivations from the slice analysis of the development,prosperity,decline,and revival of the Dangjia Village spatial morphology evolution process,and refine the ecological and natural views accumulated in the historical evolution of the Dangjia Village spatial morphology.The connotation characteristics of cultural power in five aspects: patriarchal ritual system,production activities,defensive regulations,and value beliefs;further use "space" as a clue to systematically analyze the spatial form characteristics under the influence of cultural power,and clarify the "form and meaning relationship of the Dangjia Village spatial form" ".Finally,the fourth part is based on the previous research,and summarizes the three mechanisms of the cultural power that constitutes the spatial form of the Dangjiacun’s basic promotion,guidance and restraint,and internal penetration of the material carrier.Furthermore,combining questionnaires and interviews with tourists and residents to explore the modern adaptability of Dangjia Village’s spatial morphology,sort out the problems in the development of Dangjia Village’s spatial morphology,and propose the "culture-space" correlation of Dangjia Village from the perspective of cultural landscape protection.Protection methods and approaches provide reference for the protection and development of Dangjia Village and similar traditional villages.
