Research On The Design Of Courtyard Economy-oriented Rural House Reconstruction In Baolong Village,chang’an District

With the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of rural people go to the cities in pursuit of better life and education resources,which leads to the serious phenomenon of rural house idling.The Idle Farm House has become the biggest idle resource in the village.Nowadays,rural tourism market has a bright future and is developing well,relying on the existing rural houses to develop courtyard economy,because of its advantages such as small investment,convenient operation and taking care of daily life.In this context,how to rely on the existing resources to carry on the reasonable transformation to the farm house in Baolong village of Chang ’an district,make it suitable for the development of courtyard economy,finally achieve the goal of activating the idle farm house in the village and increasing the income of the villagers has become an urgent problem to be solved.The thesis chooses the Farm House of Baolong village in Chang ’an district as the research object,and studies the strategy of the farm house reconstruction under the courtyard economy.It mainly includes four parts: the goal and practical problems of the reconstruction of the farm house in Baolong village,the design method of the courtyard economical farm house reconstruction,the construction of the farm house reconstruction selection database and the design of the typical scheme.First of all,this paper studies the judgment of developing courtyard economy market in Baolong village,and demonstrates that the development of courtyard economy in Baolong village not only caters to the development needs of urban population,but also plays an active role in activating idle resources and increasing villagers’ income,this has the necessity and the necessity in the present.Secondly,through the comparison between the present space of farm house and the space demand of courtyard economic development,this paper analyzes the goal and practical problems of courtyard economic development.Based on the research of the design method of the courtyard economical farm house in Baolong village,the paper puts forward the main problems of the farm house from the aspects of the function of the farm house,the expansion and integration of the indoor space and the outdoor space.On this basis,different types of farm houses,Industrial Development Goals and industrial involvement degree are classified and concluded,and a Type Selection Library for courtyard economic farm houses in Baolong village is constructed,depending on the scheme design,the paper explains the actual restriction,the key points and the corresponding tactics of each type of reconstruction.Finally,three typical schemes are selected to carry on the detailed reconstruction design,which further validates the feasibility of the research and design method.Finally,the research results of this paper can provide reference for the current and future courtyard economical farm house reconstruction in Baolong village.The design method of the courtyard economical farm house reconstruction in Baolong village has real Operability.In view of the restriction and challenge of different problems,the transformation design method puts forward different transformation strategies and technical means used in the transformation through the change of architectural form,which can effectively guide the reconstruction construction of rural houses.The construction of the selection database for the transformation of rural houses presents the changes of functions through the plane scheme,analyzes the spatial changes brought about by the changes of functions and the constraints of the transformation,and extracts the appropriate strategies and technical methods from the transformation design methods,it effectively guides the reconstruction and construction of rural houses under different conditions.
