At present,the wiring method used in the wiring harness production of domestic rail bus manufacturing enterprises mainly relies on the manual intensive operation mode,and consumes a lot of manpower to complete the wiring bundle work,which does not conform to the concept of lean production either from the perspective of quality or benefit.This topic from the railway vehicle wiring harness wiring process requirement,according to the railway vehicle electrical system wiring harness trajectory distribution characteristic,put forward a kind of pre into beam technology as the core of wiring method,will be in the process of wiring of line selection,wire feeding,logoff,labeling process such as integration,tie-in LCD wiring system,constitute a feature-rich,easy to operate,highly integrated wiring harness production automation equipment,in order to improve the efficiency of the wiring harness wiring,reduce the labor intensity.Firstly,based on the principle of ergonomics and combined with the railway bus wiring process,the functional requirements,relevant technical indicators and production process flow of the wiring equipment with pre-beam technology are determined,and the overall scheme design is completed.On this basis,the design of each mechanism of the pre-forming machine is completed,and the function of the automatic feeding mechanism is decompolated.Through mechanical analysis and calculation,the transmission system and power system of the line selection,line feeding and tangent mechanism are designed and selected.Analyze the action and load requirements of intelligent lead mechanism and wire harness binding mechanism,design the automatic clamping device and transmission system.Analyze and calculate the torque required in the compression wire pulling mechanism,and determine the parameters of the power system.In view of the application of electronic tooling chart in production,a wiring table with LCD screen as the carrier is designed.Secondly,based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,the statics and dynamics simulation of the key structural parts of the pre-forming machine are carried out.The analysis results show that the structural strength and dynamic characteristics meet the design requirements.Based on liquid crystal wiring actual working condition and human interface specification,comfortable temperature with Icepak cooling simulation software was carried out on the LCD screen back system cooling simulation,determine to cooling of high power board,and set up the experimental platform for testing,the results show that the workspace temperature significantly reduced on the screen,the overall temperature control in a comfortable temperature range.Finally,the preforming machine control system based on Siemens PLC is designed,and the selection of electrical components related to the hardware system,network communication design,electrical schematic diagram and pneumatic circuit design are completed,and the motion control system is further designed.
