| The social responsibility of enterprises is multifaceted.First,they should actively realize the economic benefits and development goals of enterprises and bear the corresponding legal responsibility;Second,we should bear certain social responsibility for the employees,shareholders,investors and other stakeholders of the enterprise as well as the local environment of the enterprise.Since China’s reform and opening up,it has achieved great economic development,and now it has become the second largest economy in the world.But in this process,it has also paid a huge price,such as the neglect of environmental protection,the growing gap between the rich and the poor,and so on.So when we emphasize social responsibility,we should not only emphasize the economy,but also turn to bear the corresponding responsibility for the environment and social groups.The power industry has contributed a lot to China’s economic development,but there are many problems in the process of development,such as the enterprise’s social responsibility system is not clear,the government’s social responsibility standards are not unified,the lack of social supervision,which makes the development of power enterprises very difficult.Therefore,the electric power industry has carried out the corresponding reform,strengthened the social responsibility of electric power enterprises,standardized the steps,and the enterprise efficiency and industry operation have been well improved.Because power enterprises play an important role in improving the environment,promoting sustainable development,driving employment and stimulating local economic growth.Therefore,in order to make the power enterprises get new development,it is very important to look at the social responsibility of power enterprises under the background of economic development in the new era.Firstly,this thesis describes the current situation of Zhenyuan power company;Then,the thesis analyzes the social responsibility performance of Zhenyuan power company and the existing problems of social responsibility information in the current environment;Then,through the problems existing in the performance of social responsibility of the company,the social responsibility report of Zhenyuan power company in recent years is consulted.Based on the theory of sustainable development,triple bottom line theory and enterprise ethics theory,the appropriate social responsibility index system is constructed for Zhenyuan power company,and AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used as research tools;Finally,to test the feasibility of the newly constructed index system in the actual situation,Taking Zhenyuan power company as an example,the weight of the social responsibility performance level of Zhenyuan power company is calculated under the AHP method.According to the specific rating situation,it is concluded that there are some problems in the social responsibility performance of Zhenyuan power company,such as the lack of standardized system,the lack of standardized management system,the lack of standardized management system and the lack of standardized management system The government lacks the unified standard of corporate social responsibility and the society lacks supervision.Compared with the Social Responsibility Research Report,the evaluation model is more objective,and the model is more consistent with the actual situation of Zhenyuan power company,which makes the evaluation results more scientific,objective and reliable.According to the evaluation results and existing problems,aiming at the social responsibility of Zhenyuan electric power company,this thesis puts forward the improvement countermeasures from the enterprise,government and society levels. |
