In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,stone enterprises unilaterally pursue the development mode of short-term economic benefits of enterprises,and the evaluation mode of measuring enterprise performance with traditional economic indicators has not adapted to the requirements of the new era.In addition,enterprises' payment of employees' wages,sale of inferior products and environmental pollution and other bad events occur from time to time,which has aroused the public's high attention to the issue of social responsibility,and it has become the unanimous demand of all sectors of society to require enterprises to assume social responsibility.Therefore,the theory of social responsibility embedded in the performance evaluation system of enterprises provides a new theoretical basis for performance evaluation in the new era.Modern enterprises need to establish an effective,true and objective plan for their own stage development and long-term development of enterprises based on the performance evaluation method of social responsibility.To require enterprises to fulfill social responsibility requires them to be responsible for investors,employees,consumers,partners and environmental resources while developing economic benefits.Based on the summary and analysis of corporate social responsibility performance evaluation research status at home and abroad and on the basis of index system,starting from the stone material enterprise actual situation,on the basis of the traditional financial performance evaluation indexes,the introduction of index of social responsibility,clear stone material enterprise society responsibility content,based on profitability,operation ability,development ability,debt paying ability,employee,consumer responsibility,government responsibility and environmental resources responsibility based on eight aspects,such as index of FY stone corporate social responsibility performance evaluation index system,implementation of FY stone company to perform the social responsibility of effective supervision,It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for FY stone enterprises to assume social responsibility.This article is divided into six parts in the writing process.The first part mainly includes the background and significance of the research.Research status of domestic and foreign scholars;The specific contents,methods and innovations of the research are discussed in this paper.The second part mainly discusses the theoretical concepts of corporate performance evaluation and corporate social responsibility.This chapter introduces the basic concepts of corporate performance evaluation and corporate social responsibility and their internal relations,and gives the theoretical basis of corporate performance evaluation based on social responsibility.The third part,from the profit ability,operation ability,development ability,debt paying ability,employee,consumer responsibility,government responsibility and the responsibility to eight specific aspects,such as environmental resources in China,to build a set of economic responsibility indicators combined with social responsibility indicators of performance evaluation index system,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of the performance of social responsibilities.In the fourth part,FY stone company is selected as the research case,and the corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system constructed in this paper is used to comprehensively analyze FY stone company's performance from 2016 to 2018 and draw the evaluation conclusion.The fifth part,aiming at the weak link of FY stone company's performance evaluation,puts forward reasonable Suggestions for the company's performance evaluation,so as to make the enterprise managers understand that the social responsibility of the enterprise is the same as the enterprise's operating results,which has become the basic requirement for the survival and development of the enterprise.The sixth part,research conclusion and prospect.
