Water conservancy project cost management is a crucial part of water conservancy project construction management.It participates in the whole life cycle of water conservancy project construction,and clearly reflects the control of the construction cost of the project by each participant from the investment estimation to the final account for completed project.Engineering measurement and valuation are the key links of engineering cost management.The accuracy of measurement and valuation directly affects the accuracy of engineering cost.Compared with the traditional manual calculation and EXCEL spreadsheet,BIM technology of engineering measurement and valuation has the advantages of high efficiency and accuracy.However,different from the vigorous development of BIM technology in the traditional civil construction industry,the application of BIM technology in the cost management of water conservancy projects is still in its infancy.Based on the secondary development of BIM core modeling software Revit,this paper expands the functions of Revit,and develops corresponding modules for hydraulic engineering measurement and valuation to solve the problems of hydraulic engineering measurement and valuation.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)This paper comprehensively introduces the theoretical basis of hydraulic engineering measurement and valuation,the reasons for choosing Revit for secondary development,and the related technical support of secondary development,including Revit API interface,WPF interface development technology,ADO.NET database access technology,database technology.Thus,the feasibility of using Revit secondary development to solve the problem of hydraulic engineering measurement and valuation is demonstrated.(2)Completed the secondary development of the overall planning and data layer design.Detailed description of the preliminary preparation for development,including the construction of Revit secondary development environment and secondary development overall planning.The design of software data layer includes the creation of water conservancy project cost information database,which contains three important relational database,namely: water conservancy construction project quantity list database,water conservancy construction project budget quota database,human material machine unit price database.These three databases are the data support for the later implementation of the functional module code.The predevelopment preparation and data layer design lay a solid foundation for the subsequent development work.(3)This paper uses object-oriented programming method to design the measurement and valuation software system,explains the design of software logic layer in detail,and briefly shows the design of software UI layer.First of all,the relevant elements of measurement and valuation are abstracted into a class that the computer can understand.Secondly,the customization methods of related functions are introduced in depth,such as obtaining quota method,budget unit price calculation method,comprehensive unit price calculation method and BIM model element measurement method.Thirdly,the key code logic of key functions of software information query module,engineering measurement module,engineering valuation module and results export module is explained in detail.Finally,the UI interface design of the main functions is shown.(4)The BIM model of Dongxian sluice Project is taken as an example to apply the measurement and valuation to the secondary development software.The Revit loadable family model was built by parameterization,and the parameterized family was loaded into the engineering project file.According to the position of the edited grid and level positioning family,the model splicing of the whole sluice project was finally completed.Project division is carried out on the BIM model of the sluice that has been created,and the bill of quantities is created by using the measurement and valuation software.According to the bill of quantities created,engineering measurement and valuation are carried out.Finally,the measurement and valuation results are exported into EXCEL format files,and the first quantity and price scheme is obtained.AHP is applied to the optimization of the pricing scheme,and two different pricing schemes are obtained by using the pricing software again.The hierarchical structure model is constructed based on three different pricing schemes,and the judgment matrix is established to select the optimal scheme through quantitative analysis.Through example verification,Revit’s second development metering and pricing software can accurately and efficiently carry out the metering and pricing work for BIM model of hydraulic engineering,effectively realize "multipurpose with one model",accurately extract model information,and effectively improve the efficiency of comparison and selection of multi-volume and price schemes.
