| The emergence of BIM has greatly accelerated the informatization process of the construction engineering industry.BIM has brought many benefits to the construction engineering industry.In new construction projects,countries around the world have applied BIM to optimize their design and construction schemes,reduce costs and increase efficiency.However,as an important part of construction engineering,the application of BIM in detection and reinforcement has not been widely promoted.In the traditional detection and reinforcement process,there are shortcomings such as discrete information,flat and single information,difficulty in collaboration among various cooperation disciplines,difficulties in predicting and controlling costs.Complicated and non-standard workflows easily lead to errors and rework,which cause inefficient detection and reinforcement work.The implementation of BIM can optimize the detection and reinforcement technology to a large extent with its three-dimensional visibility,information integration,and collaborative work.Based on this starting point,the characteristics and development process of BIM was summarized,and the problems during the detection and reinforcement process was generalized.BIM was proposed as a solution.The feasibility and advantages of the implementation of BIM in the detection and reinforcement was discussed.Firstly,BIM was applied to the actual project of detection and reinforcement of concrete faced rockfill dams.Combined with ground penetrating radar detection and the secondary development of Revit,the transformation from the abstract radar image to the three-dimensional three-dimensional void distribution map was achieved.The Revit schedule and table based on BIM accurately calculated the void volume,so that targeted treatment measures were taken for the rockfill dam,which verified the practicability and superiority of the application of BIM in the detection and reinforcement of two media voids.Then,BIM was applied to the actual project of house reconstruction and reinforcement.A set of parametric reinforcement family libraries that can be used in various types of BIM reinforcement projects were developed.The parametric reinforcement family libraries were used to complete the reinforcement of the engineering case,and the reinforcement was vividly displayed by the three-dimensional model.The BIM models before and after reinforcement were docked with ETABS using a plug-in,and then the structural analysis was performed.The Revit schedule function was used to achieve the statistics of reinforcement work.The case provided a reference for similar projects.Cases show that the implement of BIM to detection and reinforcement engineering is feasible.BIM can not only provide intuitive three-dimensional display,but also its calculation function provides reliable data support for subsequent reinforcement,which is convenient for optimization of reinforcement scheme and control of reinforcement cost.In addition,its secondary development and parameterization results can be reused in different detection and reinforcement projects. |
