With the continuous growth of the logistics market scale,the road freight industry is developing from quantity growth to quality improvement.While exploring important measures for the transformation and upgrading of the freight market,a number of resources that need to be fully developed and utilized have been formed during the construction of expressways in China,such as expressway service areas,management houses of toll stations,spaces under bridges,and land to be developed along the highways.The emergence of these resources brings a good opportunity for the improve the logistics industry transport service level,but at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the fine management of expressway enterprises and the efficient utilization and intensive development of resources.In order to realize the deep integration of logistics industry and expressway,this thesis puts forward the development idea of building a new logistics network based on expressway network land resources.This will not only promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the logistics industry,but also bring development opportunities for the improvement of the operating efficiency of expressways,which is an important direction to realize the common development of expressways and logistics industry.Firstly,through research visits and data collation,this thesis studies the current development environment of logistics industry and expressway enterprises.It is found that the integration of logistics industry and expressway shows a high degree of compatibility and urgency,and the good road network resources and policy environment of expressway also provide feasibility for carrying out logistics business.Secondly,on the basis of consulting relevant literature,this thesis analyzes the development stage and network structure of logistics network,and finds that the traditional hub-and-spoke logistics transportation network has the problems of poor timeliness and high cost caused by transit and bypass.In order to make up for the deficiency of traditional transportation network,from the point of view of "point-line-network" and relying on highway resources,this thesis puts forward the idea of building a new "flat" logistics network.Finally,logistics network optimization is studied by location-routing problem.The influencing factors of logistics node location are analyzed by ISM explanatory structure model,and the alternative nodes are preliminarily planned according to the important influencing factors.Combined with set coverage location theory,the node location and transportation route decision optimization model is constructed.Lingo software is used to optimize the hub-and-spoke network with highway resource nodes.Through the analysis of an example,the results show that all the optimized networks choose new nodes for transportation,and the cost saving rate is 34.22%.By setting different scenarios,the cost comparison of "village-village,county-village,city-village" networks before and after optimization is carried out,which effectively verifies that the new logistics network will have better advantages in network transportation under the principle of minimizing transportation costs.It is found that the more goods distribution grades,the more obvious the reduction of logistics transportation costs.In this thesis,the economic analysis of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of the new logistics transportation network is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the development model of logistics industry.
