With the development of economy and the progress of society, people are becoming more and more diversified, and the trend of economic globalization makes the function of logistics become more and more prominent. Logistics refers to the life, enterprises involved in the transportation, procurement, processing and other activities, and it serves as “the third profit source”, the development of enterprises has played a key role. In today's world, there are many developed countries introduced advanced logistics management concepts and technology, forming a highly efficient logistics decision making system. After China's accession to the WTO, country's economic status is particularly important, and vigorously developing the manufacturing enterprises is one of the country's key development strategy. Therefore, the entrepreneur hopes to reduce the logistics cost by optimizing the logistics decision system, such as the effectiveness of internal information transmission and the external logistics and transportation costs, which can be realized through the logistics system. In the logistics decision system, there are two important decision models, namely, location allocation problem and vehicle routing problem. The traditional LRP problem is relate to warehouse location problem, logistics distribution center location problem, and distribution center location problem. Many models consider the transportation route and delivery volume, customer distribution factors such as geographic location, but did not consider the vehicle scheduling problem. The traditional VRP problem describes the arrangement of the vehicle routing problem between the given logistics facilities, and does not involve the dynamic location of the situation. In these two kinds of logistics decision making model, the optimization of the logistics model is possible, which can reduce the logistics cost.According to the two cases, this paper puts forward the different algorithm ideas. This article analyzes the logistics distribution center location routing problem, LRP and the scheduling location of distribution center based on the road network structure. Small scale node of logistics distribution center of LRP, which assumptions relaxed, more close to description of the actual situation, more parameters were introduced, like the logistics center, land prices, construction scale, inventory, and the candidate. Combining with dynamic programming of genetic algorithm to solve the problem of the ideas, the modeling method proposed has a certain reference value, but also has the disadvantage of these parameters that set size is not too large, because the efficiency of the algorithm with parameters increased greatly reduced, leading to reduce the validity of the solution. By the actual road layout and sales of enterprise products historical data, and using the idea of empty callback, LRP problem based on network marketing center, greatly reduce the logistics cost.
