In recent years,new energy electric vehicles have spread rapidly all over the world.Driven by electric vehicle terminals,the output and sales of power lithium batteries will maintain a high growth trend,and the recycling of waste batteries has become one of the hot issues of social concern.Regardless of the civil or industrial fields,there is mercury in waste batteries.If they can be recycled through formal channels,they can be used.If they are not handled properly,they will pollute water,soil,and air,causing great harm.For electric vehicle manufacturers,in order to avoid environmental pollution caused by waste power batteries and improve utilization efficiency,building a scientific and reasonable reverse recycling network is the primary task.The company T studied in this article is an electric vehicle and energy company whose main business is the production and sales of electric vehicles.The first batch of lithium batteries for electric vehicles sold in China will soon usher in a peak period of obsolescence,and will increase year by year in the future.Company T is a new energy electric vehicle manufacturer and the user of its applicable electric vehicle power battery.According to my country’s current power battery recycling policy,in the process of recycling the waste batteries of its electric vehicles,T company should Take the main recycling responsibility.With the expansion of stores and the increase in sales,the existing waste power battery processing model cannot meet the needs of enterprise development.How to build an effective reverse logistics network for the recycling of waste power batteries is a problem that enterprises need to solve.Taking the actual situation of T company as the background,this article mainly elaborates on the following aspects.First,analyze the current operating mode of T company,and through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the three operating modes of reverse logistics network,choose the self-operated operation mode for T company,and on this basis,it is proposed to build a "after-sales service center".-Recycling and testing center-processing center/scrap metal processing plant" composed of three-level reverse logistics network solutions.Secondly,considering the actual background of T company and the influencing factors of node site selection,construct a random mixed integer programming model under uncertainty;then,select Zhejiang Province as a pilot to predict the total amount of battery scrap in Zhejiang Province,from social public warehouses Determined 6candidate recycling testing centers and 5 candidate processing centers,and selected 3from the existing scrap metal processing plants as candidates;then the investment and construction cost,the sum of the operating cost and the transportation cost were the lowest,and the residents’ negative utility The lowest is the goal,and meeting the flow constraints and other requirements is the constraint.Lingo18.0 is used to solve the model,and the optimal reverse logistics network is obtained.Finally,the calculation results are analyzed and evaluated;in addition,this paper considers the negative effects on surrounding residents on the basis of the calculated reverse logistics network,in order to provide T company with a reasonable reverse logistics network planning solution,and solve the problem of T company’s reverse logistics network.Problems in the layout of the logistics network.9 pictures,23 tables,56 references.
