Research On Public Space Reconstruction Strategy Of Old Community In Nanchang Based On Architectural Typology

At present,China is in the key stage of urbanization process,with the further promotion of urbanization,the problem of old community in the city is particularly prominent.And now,there are nearly 220000 old communities in China.How to solve this dilemma has become a big problem at the national level.At present,most of the old communities have some problems,such as poor living environment,incomplete infrastructure,indifferent neighborhood relationship,and insufficient property management,which hinder the community residents’ yearning for a better life,Therefore,since 2017,the state began to implement the policy of old community reconstruction,and the number of old community reconstruction has increased year by year.However,the reconstruction of infrastructure can only improve the external appearance of the community,but it is difficult to solve the problems existing in the community,such as the indifference of neighborhood relations,the low sense of participation in community activities and so on,In order to wake up the vitality of the community and improve the relationship between the neighborhood,the theory of architectural typology is introduced into the community transformation,and the community culture is added to the public space of the community,so that the community residents can actively participate in the community activities,So,this paper based on the perspective of architectural typology to study the reconstruction of old community public space has great practical significance.This article studies the strategy of public space reconstruction in the old communities of Nanchang from the perspective of architectural typology.First,by systematically combing the development process of contemporary society and related theories,it leads to the research and discussion of architecture and public space in old communities.Afterwards,it focused on a systematic investigation of the typical old community in Xihu District of Nanchang City,and summarized the common problems existing in the public space of the old community in Nanchang City.Then,on this basis,taking the Nanchang Old Community Reconstruction Regulations as the guiding outline,and the design ideas of architectural typology,it proposes an adaptive reconstruction strategy for the public space of the old community.The last part is the practical chapter of the reconstruction strategy of the thesis,which validates the feasibility and correctness of the research strategy by designing and reforming the public space of Dongshuyuan Community in Xihu District,Nanchang City,in order to provide new ideas for the renovation of old communities from the perspective of architectural typology.
