The Research On Outdoor Space Of ModernResidential Area Based On Landscape Typology

Since the 21st century,the residential district has experienced a simple imitation of Chinese traditional gardens,the division of modernist functional space,the prevalence of formal elements in Europe and the United States,and the stable and popular creation of landscape artistic conception space.The functional space based on human needs is becoming more and more detailed,the use of material technology,the extraction of traditional symbols,the use of image space,to meet the aesthetic needs of public consumption,'but flooded the historical and cultural,regional differences.Based on this situation,this paper classifies the"prototype,in modern residential space by using architectural typology,and combines it with the specific environment and functional requirements to carry out the formal expression in the space.Under the guidance of architectural typology,this paper studies the outdoor space of modern residential area from the perspective of history,culture and region,and obtains the following results:Firstly,from the historical development of the ancient and modem residential area,the form and form of the outdoor space of the residential area are summarized,the possibility of the application of the building typology is discussed from the spatial level,and the main forms of the outdoor space in the modern residential area are summarized.It is necessary to introduce the theory of building typology from the form of form.Secondly,based on the study of the origin,the development stage,the theory and the design method of.the building typology,the applicability of the building typology to the outdoor space of modern residential area is analyzed,and the model of building typology and the description model of the element language are summarized.By using the design method of the building typology and the analogy design,four modern residential areas,which embody the regional culture of the south of the Yangtze,have been selected,and the structural prototype of the outdoor space of the moden residential area under the specific culture is obtained:the prototype"household-lane-piece-village"of the village layout structure,The original"the structure of the sequence of courtesy" of the traditional building structure,the representative landscape prototype of Jiangmen and the continuous water-shore residential community The"and the prototype of the outdoor space of modern residential areas:"courtyard of the surface topological structure is based on the main elements that occupy the leading position of the space,and the courtyard type is divided into a green chamber,a water chamber,a matrix chamber and a chamber.Thirdly,dialectically draw lessons from the theory and design method of architectural typology,and establish the corresponding rules to perfect the shortcomings of architectural typology,and establish the research system and design method of outdoor space in residential area.The"prototype"is combined with the specific practical environment and the functional requirements of the place to carry out the overall spatial layout and detailed design practice of the outdoor space of Zhejiang Jiashan Xuhui Dream City residential area.From historical analysis,theory and case study to design practice,this paper gradually verifies the maneuverability and limitation of architectural typology theory and method in landscape space practice,which is the performance of outdoor space in residential area under different regional cultural types.Landscape renewal and innovation provide a reference direction and rational practical method.
