After 40 years of rapid development of reform and opening up,manufacturing enterprises have moved from quality first to improving quality and efficiency,coupled with the continuous advancement of high-quality development,prompting my country’s manufacturing industry to move toward the middle and high end of the world value chain.At the same time,my country has become the world’s factory and manufacturing base by virtue of its population advantage.However,with the rapid development of my country’s economy and the advancement of artificial intelligence,the new generation of employees with richer knowledge and broader vision has become a new force in "China’s intelligent manufacturing".Compared with their parents,this group has grown up in a good manner.in life.Most of the manufacturing industry ’ s extensive management model,boring work content,and restricted-personality work environment make them constantly change jobs and change jobs,resulting in a higher and higher turnover rate of the new generation of employees in the manufacturing industry,and the high turnover rate of the new generation of employees has further increased.Great difficulties for the development of manufacturing industry.Compared with previous employees,the new generation of employees are good at learning new knowledge,pursuing equal treatment,strong innovation ability,and strong self-awareness.At the same time,they lack loyalty to the company,so they will have the characteristics of leaving in a short time at work.,The frequent flow of personnel not only increases the labor costs for the enterprise,but also brings difficulties in human resources for the enterprise.The problem of the turnover of the new generation of employees in enterprises is becoming more and more serious.By improving the human resource management system,how to reduce the turnover rate of the new generation of employees within a reasonable range has become the most important problem for enterprises to solve.By adjusting the industrial structure,T company has developed from the original extensive manufacturing to a professional level.In the new round of development,products can only occupy the market by continuously pursuing competitiveness.As a typical automobile manufacturing enterprise,T Company has gradually become the main force of the company with the passage of time.However,the high turnover rate of the new generation of employees in the company directly affects the company’s human resource management.Reduce the production efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,this article adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,taking the resigned and in-service new generation employees of T company as the survey objects,and statistically analyzes the degree of recognition of the loss factors,and analyzes the relevant reasons,respectively from the company’s internal,external and new generation employees.Analyze three points of personal factors,and finally find the countermeasures to solve the new generation of employee turnover.
