With the deepening of urbanization,the shortcomings of the traditional engineering project management method are gradually exposed,which leads to the increasing contradiction between the backward management level and the fast developing construction industry.Therefore,how to efficiently achieve schedule management,cost management,quality management and safety management in the construction process has become an urgent problem to be solved.The emergence of BIM technology has provided new ideas for the management methods of the construction industry.Applying various research methods such as literature research method,qualitative analysis method and case study method,this paper firstly introduces the theories related to schedule,cost,quality and safety management of engineering projects and their drawbacks,then discusses its advantages after combining with BIM technology,then establishes a 3D model based on BIM technology to meet the needs of management of four major objectives of engineering;finally,based on engineering cases,by comparing with traditional Finally,based on engineering cases,the research results obtained through comparison with traditional management of four major objectives of engineering projects are as follows:(1)The framework of schedule management application based on BIM technology is constructed,and the handling measures and schedule management prediction and early warning methods when schedule deviation occurs are analyzed to visually demonstrate the construction process,optimize the construction plan,and ensure the completion of the construction on time or even ahead of schedule.(2)The application points of BIM technology in cost management are clearly proposed.The application of BIM technology for resource allocation management improves the shortcomings of uneven resource distribution and resource waste in traditional cost management;the application of Quanta site layout software for site 3D layout avoids additional transportation costs of materials in the site.(3)Built a quality management application process based on BIM technology.The application of Navisworks Manage for collision check beforehand optimized the pipeline layout;the application of Fuzor for visualization and technical delivery during the process made the process flow of complex nodes more intuitive;the application of BIM technology for information management afterwards provided convenience for quality control.(4)The focus of the safety management research in this paper is the safe erection of scaffolding structures.In safety management,the framework of three-dimensional arrangement and parametric design of scaffolding based on BIM technology is constructed,and BIM technology is combined with the finite element software ansys to analyze various safety indicators of scaffolding designed by applying BIM technology,revealing that scaffolding based on BIM parametric design meets various safety requirements and clarifying that the introduction of BIM technology can reduce construction safety hazards. |
