With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the increase of social electricity consumption,the rapid development of power grid engineering construction,the project cost is also increasing.Transmission line is the core part of power grid engineering,so it is very important to control and study the project cost,which not only affects the economy of transmission line project cost,but also affects the planning and layout of the whole power grid project.At the same time,transmission line design is faced with the complexity of the environment,and the project construction investment cost is high,how to save the project investment in the design stage,improve the investment efficiency of transmission line engineering,which is of great significance to maintain the high-speed development of China’s power industry and optimize the allocation of important strategic resources.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development of project cost management and control at home and abroad in the design stage,and points out the importance of project cost influencing factors in the design process.Combined with the cost of several transmission line projects in the past,the grey relational degree analysis method is used to get 12 engineering cost influencing factors and the ranking of engineering cost correlation degree.It is concluded that the tower engineering cost has the largest impact on the project cost,followed by the basic engineering cost and the erecting engineering cost.According to the analysis and comparison of single project cost proportion,it is concluded that the main influencing factors of project cost are tower project cost,line erection project cost,foundation project cost and path choice.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the hierarchical structure system model with the transmission line engineering cost as the target.By improving the inertia weight of the particle swarm optimization algorithm,the precocity phenomenon of the particle swarm optimization algorithm is overcome.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to calculate the ranking weight of the judgment matrix,the calculation process is more stable and more accurate,and the ranking weight of the main influencing factors of the project cost is obtained.Taking a 220 k V transmission line in Henan Province as an example,this paper introduces the general situation of the transmission line engineering,the necessity of the project construction and the general principles of transmission line design.In this paper,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to the weight calculation of the influencing factors of the transmission line engineering cost,and the ranking of the influencing factors is obtained.In the process of transmission line engineering design,through the control of transmission line path optimization and the influence factors of tower selection,the project cost is controlled at the source.Compared with the traditional design scheme,the design optimization scheme has obvious effect on the project cost,which has positive significance to improve the investment benefit of transmission engineering. |
