Today,with the rapid development of society,state-owned enterprises are faced with increasingly fierce international competition and huge challenges of transformation and upgrading.Many enterprises begin to pay attention to the problem of employee satisfaction,which affects the survival and development of enterprises,and state-owned enterprises because of their own institutional characteristics,the management of employee satisfaction is obviously inadequate.Combining with Z factory enterprise characteristics,management status,and the characteristics of the staff,from an organizational justice and job satisfaction,perceived organizational support,such as dimension,for Z factory about the problem of staff satisfaction analysis,through the form of a questionnaire survey to collect Z factory existing staff job satisfaction related problems of the data,and use the corresponding statistical method has carried on the reason analysis;Through the analysis,it is found that employees feel unfair to the distribution system,salary and treatment,and are not satisfied with the job promotion.In order to solve the problem of employee dissatisfaction,the author puts forward some measures to improve employee satisfaction,such as establishing an open and transparent salary distribution system and establishing a fair employee promotion system.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the program,the enterprise culture guarantee,process monitoring and performance evaluation,information platform construction and other safeguard measures are put forward.This paper puts forward a targeted plan suitable for improving employee satisfaction of Z factory,which provides a theoretical basis for the management of the enterprise,and has a positive guiding significance for improving employee satisfaction of state-owned enterprises and improving market competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
