The implementation of employee stock ownership plan is an effective means to motivate employees.It was first produced in the United States in the 1950 s and has been mature since then.Compared with foreign countries,the development of employee stock ownership plan in China started relatively late,but it has unique institutional advantages in theory and practice.The implementation of employee stock ownership plan in our country is in the 1980 s,because many of the problems in the process of implementation,in 1998 by the relevant departments,18,again on the third plenary session of permitting the mixed ownership economy to enterprise employee shareholding,form the capital owners and workers benefit community,and introduced a series of related policies.In August 2016,the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council,ministry of finance,securities regulatory commission jointly issued by the specification of mixed ownership enterprise employee shareholding state-owned "about printing < on mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises to carry out the employee shareholding pilot opinion > notice(state-owned assets reform [2016] no.133)and a series of guidance documents,for our country state-owned enterprise implementation of employee stock ownership plan provides guidance and support,is of great significance to the benign development of the employee stock ownership plan.In the past,most of the scholars' researches are mainly theoretical,and there are few specific studies and analyses on cases.And based on the case study is given priority to,select SHJG company employee stock ownership plan as the research object,to SHJG company the main content of the implementation of employee stock ownership plan scheme,implementation process and characteristic in detail,for SHJG motivation and effects of the implementation of employee stock ownership plan carried on the thorough analysis,and then to plan to evaluate the effect after implementation.Through the case study on the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan by SHJG,this paper argues that SHJG has scientifically developed the employee stock ownership plan,which can motivate employees,increase the shareholder wealth and improve the business performance of the enterprise.Through case studies can also found science of employee stock ownership plan scheme is to ensure that the premise of state-owned enterprise implementation of employee stock ownership plan implementation effect,state-owned enterprises implement employee stock ownership plan is an important reform of mixed system,it can be to a certain extent alleviate agency managers,can effectively inspire the staff's working enthusiasm and promote the value of state-owned capital.The conclusions and inspirations drawn from SHJG for the case provide reference experience for other state-owned enterprises and lay a theoretical and practical foundation for further exploration of the mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises.
