| With the increase of China’s per capita income, people put forward high requirements for the aesthetic, cultural, ecological environment, spiritual enjoyment of the living environment, promoting the development of architecture to higher standards and direction. The application of BIM technology is relatively mature, and BIM technology has been applied well in design and construction. But for prefabricated buildings, there are still many places to study in the application of BIM technology, especially in the safety and quality management of prefabricated buildings. How to use BIM technology reasonably in the safety and quality management of prefabricated construction projects has become a complex problem. This paper takes prefabricated building as the research object, uses BIM technology as a tool, and aims to improve the quality and safety management in the construction stage, and uses literature research method,SWOT analysis method, and case study method to study the application of BIM technology in the quality and safety management in the construction stage of prefabricated building, mainly does the following work:This paper firstly outlines the current development status of BIM technology and its application in prefabricated buildings at home and abroad, and systematically analyzes the concepts or theories related to BIM technology and assembled buildings by searching literature. In view of the current quality and safety management problems in assembled construction projects, the applicability of using BIM technology for auxiliary management is analyzed by SWOT analysis;then BIM technology is used for quality and safety management of assembled construction in terms of application dimensions, collaboration mode, management framework, management system, construction of management model and specific application of management model, and finally,a practical application of BIM technology for construction quality and safety management of assembled projects. This paper hopes that the above process can complement the research on the application of BIM technology in the construction quality and safety management of prefabricated buildings. |
