Industrial water is used in many aspects in chemical production.In chemical production,the quality of process water is directly related to the purity and impurity removal effect of products.With the deterioration of water quality and the continuous improvement of market requirements for the quality of chemical products,the requirements for water quality are also higher and higher.However,with the rapid reduction of water resources and the deterioration of water quality,it is more and more difficult for enterprises to obtain stable and high-quality industrial water.Therefore,a set of efficient and reliable water purification system is very important for enterprises’industrial production.Aiming at the current situation of water resources utilization in a traditional chemical enterprise,the paper takes the nearby Liaohe river for industrial development as the source water for purification treatment.According to the water quality requirements of different water uses of the enterprise,the industrial water is divided into primary purified water and secondary purified water,and different purification methods are adopted.The design treatment capacity of primary purified water is 4800t/d,and the design annual water treatment capacity is 1.6 million T,which is used for the purification of Liaohe River source water.The main body of the system adopts two sets of 200m~3/h integrated water purifiers(one for operation and one for standby),with alkali dosing device,flocculant dosing device,pipeline mixer,chlorine dioxide sterilization device,etc.After the system operation and commissioning,the purified water quality of the primary purified water system is up to the standard.The average water production of the system is 215t/h,the daily water production is 4945t/d,and the water treatment cost is 0.97 yuan/t.compared with the same period last year,the use cost of tap water is reduced by 68.3%,meeting the demand of the primary purified water consumption of the enterprise.The design treatment capacity of secondary purified water is 2000t/d,the design annual purified water capacity is 600000 t,the reverse osmosis membrane method is used for secondary purified water,and the main body of the system adopts two sets of 50m~3/h reverse osmosis device,supporting mechanical filter,activated carbon filter,security filter,scale inhibitor dosing device,non oxidizing bactericide dosing device,RO cleaning equipment.The water quality of the secondary purified water system is up to the standard,the average water production is 106t/h,the daily water production is 2438t/d,the water operation cost is about 1.06 yuan/t,and the average desalination rate is 96.0%.The produced concentrated water is recycled for indirect cooling water,and the actual utilization rate reaches 97%,meeting the demand of the secondary purified water consumption of the enterprise.Through the design of purified water system,on the premise of meeting the water demand and water quality standards of enterprises,fully considering the local water resource conditions and the sites that enterprises can use for purified water system,fully considering the manufacturing cost of equipment and facilities and the operation cost of purified water system,a set of efficient industrial water purification system is formed to realize the demand of enterprises for different levels of industrial water.
