The Design Of Small Reverse Osmosis Pure Water Machine And Efficiency Analysis

The Paper describes the principle of reverse osmosis pure water machine and its technology development at present situation, and has a research of the pure water machine system technological process and control circuit system design. This system is designed with four levels (Polypropylene Staple Fiber PP cotton, pre-activated carbon, RO reverse osmosis membrane, Rear activated carbon) with small function of filtration and reverse osmosis, this paper features main research work is as follows.First of all, the system of the water valve and its water valve control mode are studied, through the PWM pulse width modulation waveform to realize the soft start and soft stop controlling of the booster pump, eliminating the system of water hammer effect, which can effectively overcome the system and the vibration of the pipeline, protection system stable work, extend the life of the system.Secondly, the paper studied the system of water production, waste water and waste water ratio, and designed a real-time traffic monitoring and calculation system and outside enlarge the LCD1602display module, which can be real-time displayed water yield and related calculation, the result is clear. It can be changed by adjusting the wastewater ratio to change the water speed, which provides data for automatic control. Beside, the system improves water yield and improves work efficiency and effectiveness of the system.With TI MSP430series of MCU as the core controller, the study design and complete the prototype production and related parameters of the test, provides test curve and conclusions. The design parameters of the small reverse osmosis pure water machine guide the future research.In addition, the paper also analysis the working principle of RO reverse osmosis membrane water treatment, technical parameters, selection of measurement and control components are thoroughly, and give the program design of this system and some modules of function analysis.Test results show that the machine could automatically normal work, and water has reached the design requirements. The study has a guide to the design of pure water machine.
