Study On Microorganism Problem And Control Strategies Of A Corporation's Purified Water

Water is a necessity for the survival of people, however, safety problems of our country's purified water stand out day by day, particularly the barreled purified water, acceptability of market spot check is lower, main embodiment is surplus of microorganism in purified water, which threatens the health of consumers to some extent, and also affect the sustainable and harmonious development of society. So in this paper, we take the quality problems of A corporation's purified water as our study object, solving the microorganism problems of purified water as our target, combining Quality Management of Supply Chain, Hazard Analysis of Quality Safety, Forecast Microbiology, Monte Carlo Simulation and causal method , completing the study on microorganism problem of A corporation's purified water through in-depth analysis in four chapters, establishing countermeasure to solve microorganism problem finally.First of all, introduce quality management and status of microbial control of A corporation's purified water, detailed description of production, formation and implementation process of quality of A corporation's purified water throughout the supply chain; Then lead in the Forecast Microbiology because of microorganism problem, aiming at setting up forecast model of microorganism quantity and shelf life of purified water by using this theory, Parameters in the model using Monte Carlo simulation, emulating the predicted quantity of microorganism and predicted result of shelf life of A corporation's purified water eventually; In the end, according to the feature of A corporation's supply chain, propound basic conditions of microorganism controlling, confirm the key processes and their parameters of microorganism controlling, draw up corresponding countermeasure, rationality of parameters was validated by production and experiment, effect of countermeasure implemented was incarnated by the microbiological test results of A corporation's purified water in the last three years. The results showed that countermeasures of microorganism controlling in this paper were very effective.This study shows that countermeasure of microorganism controlling and parameters of key processes are reasonable and effective for microorganism controlling of A corporation's purified water, microorganism problem of purified water can be solved, consequently, quality safety of A corporation's purified water can be ensured, It can also provides reference to quality improvement of purified water industry.
