Co-working Space Design And Research

Nowadays,the traditional office space design model is difficult to meet the development needs of the new era.The co-working space model combined with the concept of "sharing" has emerged under the new situation.It has the characteristics of low cost,openness,mutual assistance and mutual benefit,resource sharing,space sharing,etc.And advantages,in order to achieve the purpose of inclusiveness,integration and symbiosis,and the effect of "fusion" through "polymerization".Based on the current development status and research at home and abroad,this article summarizes the similarities and differences in the design of co-working space and the basic form characteristics of the current co-working space in our country based on actual cases at home and abroad.Furthermore,it deeply analyzes the common needs of different enterprise users in the joint office space,and summarizes the design principles and methods of sharing,integration,composite,customization,and humanization in the joint office space,as well as the aesthetics,Functional and privacy space design strategy.Finally,with the joint office space of Nanchang Hui Technology Industrial Park as a practical project,the previous design theory was fully demonstrated,and a feasible solution for the joint office space was formed.The results of this project can provide a useful reference for joint office design and research.
