Research On Co-working Space Design Based On Creative Mode

Co-working space is an important product of the sharing economy in the 21 st century and an inevitable result of the development of office space in the Internet era.There are essential differences between co-working space and traditional office space in office mode.The service population of co-working space is mainly start-ups and small and medium-sized startups in different industries.First of all,these entrepreneurs use the network and information technology means to work in the same physical space at the same time,through mutual communication and information sharing can better promote the progress of entrepreneurial work.Secondly,for start-ups lacking capital and management experience,they need an office space with low rental cost and entrepreneurial services.Due to the obvious changes in office mode,office staff have higher requirements for office space,so the birth of joint office space.In August 2005,the world’s first co-working space was born in San Francisco,the United States.Once co-working space came out,it has gained extensive attention and development in the global scope.With the rapid development of the sharing economy in the global scope,China’s economic industry and information technology are also in constant progress,people’s life and production mode and other aspects have been deeply affected.In September 2014,premier li keqiang officially put forward the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" at the BBS summer davos,and stressed that young people should be encouraged to start their own businesses and develop the sharing economy.So a frenzy of entrepreneurship swept the country.Under the influence of the mode of "mass innovation",all kinds of new office Spaces represented by the joint office space in China have sprung up as fast as bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Though our joint office space development momentum is swift and violent,but due to the development of fixed number of year is not long,and will be the product of the foreign direct "divert" come here,so even though the present domestic joint has some office space in a successful project operation,but how can the real "adjust measures to local conditions",better at home "and" model under the background of development as China’s native products,remains to be thinking.The author found that the research on co-working space in China is still at the stage of policy and business background analysis through consulting relevant literature and other relevant contents on the Internet.The research on architecture is still relatively basic,and there is a serious lack of theoretical guidance on architectural space design.Through extensive reading and sorting of relevant research materials at home and abroad and investigation of actual cases in China,the author hopes to solve relevant problems in space design of joint office space under the mode of "mass innovation" in China from the perspective of architecture.There are five chapters in this paper.The first two chapters are the introduction,the development history of office space and the development status of joint office space.In the content of the third chapter,the design basis of the joint office space is summarized from the three aspects of business model,working mode and special function requirements.From the analysis of different cases,the spatial design features of the joint office space are summarized.The main chapters,the fourth chapter is this article on the basis of the research content,this section from the function space of plane layout,space,the shape of the organization,office space design,the design of the Shared space of four level proposed joint relevant design methods and design principles of office space,every level and subsequently launched a detailed discussion.The fifth chapter is a joint office space project-huilongguan twin bed community joint office space project.
