Research On Service System Design Of Potted Plants And Greening Products In Centralized Youth Long-term Rental Apartments

The Chinese have loved plants and nature since ancient times.With the acceleration of urbanization,on the one hand,people’s lives have undergone tremendous changes.In order to get close to nature,people living in cities have begun to introduce plants from outside to indoors,and potted products have become popular;on the other hand,a large number of young people have poured in.In cities,in order to solve the housing problem of youth groups,a new type of living form guided by the government-youth long-term rental apartments has emerged.As we all know,plants play a great role in promoting people’s physical and mental health,and they have now become a necessity for urban residents.Under the fast-paced,high-intensity life and work pressures of modern society,people are increasingly eager for green nature and a back-to-nature lifestyle,especially urban youth who rent apartments for youth long-term rentals.After preliminary investigations,it is found that urban youth have a greater demand for potted green products,but the actual application effect in youth long-term rental apartments is poor.This subject attempts to use the design method of the product service system to build a potted greening product service platform suitable for centralized youth long-term rental apartments.It aims to provide young people with planting-related services to increase their planting enthusiasm and participation in gardening activities,and ultimately achieve the goal of beautifying and improving the living environment,creating a green community,and helping the city’s green and sustainable development.This project firstly uses the literature research method to define the concept and analyze the current situation at home and abroad for the research of youth groups,centralized youth long-term rental apartments,potted green products,product service system design,etc.,and lay a theoretical foundation for the research of the subject.Then conduct research on target users through qualitative interviews and quantitative questionnaires to obtain the real needs of users,and then use the Kano model to classify and weight the extracted user needs,evaluate the priority of needs,and finally determine that the design of the product service system should be the first consideration The function points and the function points that should be designed with emphasis.Finally,combined with the process and methods of product service system design,the principles of the design of the green product service system for youth long-term rental apartments are summarized: safety principle,ease of use principle,systematic principle,fun principle,social principle,sustainability in principle.On this basis,the design practice was carried out,and finally a community mutual-aid potted greening product service system with a reward mechanism was constructed.
