Research On The Design Of Centralized Youth Long-term Rental Apartments In Urban Villages

The micro reconstruction of the existing buildings in the village in the city results in the centralized youth long-term rental apartment,which has low cost and quick effect.Its design and operation mode is through the design and reconstruction of the whole or several "handshake buildings" in series in the village in the city.Different from the traditional distributed rental houses,the dirty and disorderly appearance of the village in the city has not been improved only for the reconstruction in the set system.In this paper,we hope to explore a centralized way to transform the self built houses of the villages in the city,so that the villages in the city can meet the modernization process of the big city with a new attitude and face,and retain the historical and cultural connotation to continue the sense of civilization belonging of the city.This paper takes Nantou ancient city,Nanshan District,Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province as the research object.This paper expounds the current situation of the villages in Shenzhen,and through the investigation and analysis of the youth groups in the villages in Nantou ancient city and the brand centralized long-term apartment,puts forward the feasibility of the design and Research on the transformation of the existing buildings in the villages into the centralized long-term apartment for young people.At the same time,the centralized long-term apartment for young people has been strongly supported by the government as a favorable means to solve the problem of "wandering" of young people in big cities and to improve the image of old buildings with poor functions.
