Research On The Design Of Public Space For Long-term Rental Apartment For Youth Groups

"Home ownership" is the ideal that people have been pursuing for thousands of years,and young people often serve as vulnerable groups in the housing market.In recent years,the appearance of long-term rental apartments has provided them with a temporary accommodation.Compared with traditional rental products,it is generally operated by a unified operator in a branded,chained,and standardized manner,with a focus on young people as the main consumer market,advocating the spirit of sharing.Emphasizing the establishment of community supporting service functions and community atmosphere,and often configuring a rich public event space.It is consistent with the needs of the contemporary youth groups in their eagerness to rebuild interpersonal relationships and seek for a rich spiritual life,and at the same time,makes up for the lack of mass production of talented apartment buildings.It is expected to become the main product to solve the problem of transitional housing for young people,and thus has a greater significance for research.As the product is still in the exploratory stage,mature industry standards are not formed,and relevant academic research is lacking.The study of its core space:public space,is even more deficient and presents an unorderly market development.Therefore,on the basis of field research and relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper tries to summarize the allocation standards of public space for young long-term apartment and the design method of public space,so as to provide valuable reference for future researchers and related practitioners.This study is divided into three parts.The first part expounds the background,purpose and significance of this research topic,defines the research object,summarizes relevant research results at home and abroad,and proposes research methods and framework.The second part analyzes both the theoretical research and the practical research in order to discuss the design needs of the long-term apartment public space for young people and lay the foundation for the design method.Among them,theoretical studies discuss the core factors affecting the design of public space in long-term apartments one by one: characteristics and appeals of long-term apartments,youth groups and residential needs,relevant theoretical guidance for public spaces,historical experience and lessons learned from similar products.And practical research is to investigate and analyze the current situation of long-term apartment public spaces,focuses on the area ratio,layout,and space allocation ofpublic spaces.The third part cuts in from the perspectives of the configuration and design methods of public space,introduces the design principles and methods of subdivided public space,and proposes the basic framework for the design of long-term apartment public spaces,and looks forward to the design trends and future of public spaces for long-term apartments for young people.
